A very central location close to the attractions. A lovely boutique hotel with great staff and decent rooms. The dining area next to the pool is amazing. It gives a lovely view of the surrounding landscape and beautiful sunset. The food was good and the breakfast was nice. The landscaping of the hotel along with the various carpets laid across several floors and walls added to the charm.

This is a very good hotel from which to explore Ephesus and the surrounding area. The location in the old part of Selcus is excellent, with a very nice view over the countryside below, and a two minute walk to the spectacular citadel. Dinner is served outside in good weather and takes in the view. The rooms are attractive and well appointed, though a bit on the small side. The breakfast is expansive and very good, and staff are friendly and attentive.
There is a carpet shop associated with the hotel and there was some encouragement from staff to visit it. Not a real problem, but I would encourage staff to simply mention it, not push it.

The restaurant is a perfect location to watch sunset! The staff truly wants you to be happy. The room was comfortable and had character. The bed was comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we will return!

Close to main sites and train station , hence easily accessible.
The reception was sometimes unattended, perhaps because my stay was during the low season.
Rooms didn't have storage, i.e., wardrobe for clothes, rather a hanging rack only.

The staff are exceptional in their warmth, greeting and helpfulness especially Murselin, Bashir & his family, Hussein and Nidal.
The cooks laid on a huge, mostly savoury, breakfast that kept us going until mid afternoon.
The restaurant is rightly regarded as the best in town.
The venue is genuinely boutique in nature with artful and tasteful touches in the grounds. There is a small pool (not used as it was the winter season)
The location was excellent: set in a quiet narrow road, halfway up the hill with easy access to the museum, temple of Artemis, mosque and St John's basilica / fortress. Ephesus is a very short taxi ride away.
Murselin is an excellent driver, which contributed to highly enjoyable trips to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, Kusadasi and the airport.
There is a basement shop inc. high quality carpets.

This unique hotel is quite a find, an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Selcuk. The hotel is in a quiet area, well located and has a beautiful pool area, a restaurant on site and its own large on site carpet and souvenir shops, both with a large and high class product offering and is within short driving distance to Ephesus. The hotel has won several awards, and no wonder. Our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and very tastefully decorated, with all modern conveniences, had beautiful views of the surrounding area, with everything fully functioning, very comfortable beds and lots of hot water. The on site restaurant is large and serves superb food for all meals, easily one of the top restaurants in Selcuk. The hotel is operated by a very excellent, warm, friendly, very helpful and positive team, who will do anything to assist and arranged a lovely, friendly and informative gentleman guide, who drove us to our destinations. A great experience and great value, don't even think of staying somewhere else.........

this hotel became our home away from
home. Hussain and everyone took such a good care of us. quite location, excellent home cooking and friendly staff and Argos! we kept extending our stay and made new friends in the dinning room. Talk to Robert for local travel tips. there is a great open air steam engine museum 20 min away and ruin in Magnesia. both are worth stopping.
nothing at all!

A quiet oasis with a gloriously relaxing ambience and friendly, helpful staff. The beautifully decorated rooms were also well appointed with mod cons, and the restaurant served a delicious dinner, of mezze and slow cooker lamb shank, which we devoured after a long day looking round Ephesus (for which the hotel couldn’t be better situated.) Great service, comfortable rooms, relaxing ambience, amazingly delish and generous Turkish breakfast which you can eat round the tranquil swimming pool - I just wish we could have stayed longer!

This hotel is in an ideal location for visiting the key sites of the area; Ephesus is a short drive and St John’s Basilica and Isa Bey Mosque within walking distance. It is a really lovely area to walk around.
The hotel is very traditional in style which we really enjoyed, very Turkish. It is immaculately clean with excellent bathrooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is fresh and tasty and afternoon tea and cake is part of the package.
The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful carpets on the walls and even on the floor in the bedrooms. We used the pool and sun beds one afternoon, which was a perfect way to relax.
The hotel organised a guide for us who spoke fantastic English, it is well worth having a private guide as the stories she told us whilst touring around, brought the whole experience alive. Her name was Değer Eren.
There was only one tiny drawer in the bedroom for clothing.
Two members of staff were in our opinion, far too familiar and initially made us feel uncomfortable.

Beautiful location looking out at the pleasant views. Wonderful patio area where breakfast/ meals are served. Lovely decor in rooms. Everything in the room contemporary and very upscale: attractively designed.
Staff is attentive.
Interesting sites in the cit, aside from Ephasis. Worth the time you spend there. Interesting Saturday market.
It’s a bit up the hill, but that gives it a nice view.

Excellent attention by all hotel staff, very supporting of our tourist requests for tours, go to/from Izmir airport and to find special local products. Several of the staff can communicate in English. High quality and quiet accomodations, very good restaurant with variety of local plates and also able to accomodate food changes when requested. Some attractions can be reached walking from hotel. Beautiful shop of carpets and jewelry made by Turkiye artisans located in the same hotel is not to be missed. Staff went out of its way to help find and secure alternative flights when original flight was suddenly canceled.

The hotel is at a nice location in Selcuk close to shops, restaurants and a walking distance from some of the main attractions (Basilica of St. John, Isa Bey Mosque, Ephesus Archaeological Museum and the Temple of Artemis). My family and I (four adults and one kid) stayed at Ayasoluk Hotel for almost two weeks in early August. We had a lovely time while there. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and well designed (good quality beds, sheets and towels, functional air conditioner and mini-fridge). The hotel provided high quality Turkish breakfast options with a variety of cheese, vegetables, fruits, bread, yogurt, jams, butter and eggs, they also had coffee, tea and milk; items were always replaced once finished. Everything was fresh and delicious. One of the things we loved the most is that they had a water fountain with drinkable mineral water, so we could refill our water bottles instead of generating a mountain of plastic waste. The restaurant and pool area were very well decorated and welcoming. The pool wasn't very big, but it suited our needs; sun loungers and clean beach towels were available for guests to use. A few times there were other guests using the pool at the same time as us with no issues. We used the hotel airport pickup/dropoff service, and it worked perfect for us. All the staff in the hotel, especially Murselin, were brilliant throughout our stay, attending to our every need, including helping contact local authorities to try to locate our lost luggage and getting some medicine at a local pharmacy. In the lower floor of the hotel there is a beautiful shop selling rugs, carpets, jewelry and souvenirs. The shop owner, Fikret Cemal, was very kind and welcoming. We made some great purchases in his shop, so we recommend a visit. Overall we had a fantastic experience, so we highly recommend it.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful Ottoman house in the old town near the museum and St. Peter’s church. Wonderful staff and nice food. Excellent views from the terrasse! Very pleasant at sunset.
The air conditioner was a bit loud and we switched it off at night to sleep better but it was a bit too hot in consequence.
