the staff smiling to welcome me makes my day pleasant, the room was perfect as is the decorations and cleanliness. everything was near to me such as coffeeshop and restaurants.

Big rooms with good design in good price

I have stayed here easily more than 10 times. I started my first stay in 2017 and whenever I visit Riyadh, it's always my go to hotel. it's basically in front of the newly built River Walk for restaurants and cafes which was VERY helpful as it was full with variety of restaurants and cafes that are only a walking distance away. the hotel is designed nicely and the inside decor for the reception area is very beautiful. rooms are spacious and the glass parts in the wall is designed in a way that utilize sunlight to light the room. (very beautiful in the morning truly).

I think the one thing this hotel is missing from having the perfect rooms is soundproof rooms. because you can easily hear the other guests which sometimes can be an issue ie: Crying baby, loud groups. however in general it is a quiet hotel so I only experienced noise 2 or 3 times out of my 10+ stays. This is more of a personal issue, I reserved a smoking room online and called one day before my reservation to confirm. when I arrived however I was told the smoking room wasn't available which wasn't really a big issue and I'm not expecting special treatment but I wish there was any sort of compensation considering my many time reserving this hotel. HOWEVER, this does not take away from how good the staff is and the entire experience and I definitely recommend staying at Rafa
