موقعه مميز تنزل على المول ازولينيك ومن المول تقدر تروح للمولات اللي جنبه والمترو والمسجد في الجهة الثانية الموظفين مبتسمين ويرحبون بك كل يوم التنظيف واعادة تعبئة المياة والكوفي يومياً باختصار راحة نفسية خاصة اذا كانت غرفتك فوق بعيدة عن الشارع ومطلة على المدينة

First, thanks to all staff for their cooperation and friendly behavior. Location was good in clean and save area. The suite is spacious and comfort

Which I don't expect to see is the light in the suite is not enough, especially the living room is dark. Second the cleaning dose not meet 5 stars hotel. Sometime there is noise in the corridor which I think there is no isolation in between. Mattress need to be renewed. However, I do recommend for short stay not more 3 days.

Very nice breakfast, very nice hotel, all at superlative. It is indeed a true 5 stars hotel, very modern, clean and you can have a nice experience. If you have an executive room you get access to the executive lounge where you can serve dinner for free. It is the best location in Istanbul.

At the arrival, we got stuck into taxi, and the I have told bell boys to not take the luggages because we were still trying to pay the taxi with the card, the bell boys thrown our luggages in the taxi trunk after they picked them up. The minibar fridge in the room was doing a lot of noise in the night.

Room house keeping was not good, room are not that tidy and fixed properly, beds are little mess and bumpy, after so called house keeping they don’t fix the room as when you rent it, they just dump the things in desk for example , toilets are not functional properly always water under the WC

السعر نوعاً ما مرتفع وخصوصاً ان الفندق قديم سبق سكنته قبل 7 سنوات نفس السعر طلبت تمديد وللاسف عطوني الى 2 م

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel, il est super bien, rien à dire, on a été très bien acceuilli, le personnel est gentil. La chambre est belle, spacieuse, propre, les lits sont confortables. Il y a deux shopping mall juste à côté de l’hôtel. Vous pouvez accéder au shopping mall par un ascenseur de la réception pas besoin de sortir. La station du metro est juste devant l’hotel.

L’éclairage de la chambre est très faible

Breakfast was great: all fresh and tasty food, friendly staff, perfect coffee. Location is the best if you need Metro, I liked that you can just use elevators to get down to the shopping centre and Metro entrance. Room is well equipped and spacious. If you need to work remotely, you will have decent wifi, big table and an office-like chair.

Every time you enter a public place like shopping center, you have to pass "security checkpoint". You will have this experience almost everywhere in Turkey. This is good for safety, but your experience will be either positive or negative depending on who is conducing the security check. At shopping centers (I visited many) the security staff was always friendly, positive and welcoming. But not at the main entrance of this hotel. I tended to use B2 exit/entrance (shopping center connection) because the personnel there was much more friendly. The second thing is the extreme noise from the nearby buildings (air conditioning + crowdy street). You cannot keep the window open (if you used to). Certainly, you should expect this anywhere in this area. Check-in experience was somewhat terrible. It's one of the places that "meets on clothes" probably. Even if you are a crypto-millionaire but you don't wear a suit - expect yourself feeling negligible. After this you will start avoiding passing through reception or calling them if you need something. I visited 15 countries, various hotels from 50$ to 1000$ per night, and this hotel was the most unpleasant in this respect. Check-out was much nicer. Thanks for the reception staff at that day. I knew it depends on the staff. As a summary, this place is not bad overall, most of the staff was great, but was it a good value for the price?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel in Istanbul, and I can confidently say it offers a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I booked on Booking.com, the process was seamless and the information provided was accurate. Upon arrival, the check-in process was efficient, and the accommodations exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The hotel's amenities and convenient location added to the overall positive experience. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Anil at the front desk, who went above and beyond during a critical situation. My flight was canceled, and I had to change plans and find a room quickly. Anil provided invaluable support, making a challenging situation much more manageable. His outstanding service made a significant difference. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and the exceptional assistance provided by the dedicated staff, particularly Anil. A truly memorable stay.

I am a regular customer of the hotel, but this did not distinguish me. They had the room they offered me. I did not like it, so I asked to change it. They argued that the hotel was full, and they promised me to change it after two days, but they did not change it and ignored me.

clearly the hotel is 5* . Good service and staff are helpful and competent if you like shopping there is a HUGE and expensive mall attached to the hotel. Theyeven have their own entrance to the mall at the hotel.

There is unbelievable traffic congestion in levent and elsewhere in Istanbul. Its so bad in fact that some Taxi drivers refuse to take you elsewhere. Please ensure you allow plenty of time for even short distance journeys the room is first class but the interior lighting is very dim when on. its hard to find things it is so dark.

The location is prime, it is in the center of the most attractive part of Istanbul, has public transportation access and as well very east to find a taxi.

The location, amazing services and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Front desk staff were very nice and polit, especially Ms. Bushra during day shift and Mr. Firat during night shift. Thank you for making my trip absolute perfection! I would definitely come back again.
