The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff excellent.

The breakfast selection was restricted, however, it was very reasonably priced and perfectly adequate.

Management of aparthotel is horrible! We have no internet for 3 dayss and have to spent more money to buy add ons because all my data was sucked out in 1 hour.

WiFi difficult to connect to and we were not given the code for apartamentos which was the strongest signal. The lighting was a bit low and the standard lamp stopped working.

The penthouse apartment was spacious, with a lounge area and a great private roof terrace, with outside seating and a separate dining table. The kitchnette is perfectable suitable for preparing a light meal, with a small hob and microwave. It's not designed for cooking large or complex meals. It was perfect for us, we had restaurant fatigue having spent 4 days/nights in Toledo! It was great to have drinks in the nearby square followed by steak, salad and wine on our terrace, it was really lovely and relaxing. The hotel decor is contemporary and artistic which was charming and whilst we didn't have a chance to use the bar next door, it looked like it had a great vibe.

The wall of the shower has a little of black mold on the wall but I love all the other things . This is a positive comment.

nice location in the centre, but good windows so no noiose disturbance from the busy street below. Apartment was spacious and although the kitchen was very small, it was well-provisioned.

although the apartment was for three, the table to eat at was very small and there were only two chairs.
