Staff are absolutely brilliant. Teresa at reception was so helpful, sincere and obliging. The waiters were so courteous and pleasant, Diamonds each one.
I would dearly love to stay longer...
And having a kettle in the room would have been great.

Fantastic as ALWAYS! This is such a wonderful place to stay and they are always above and beyond hospitable. Very comfortable rooms, great views, and so so close to the church! We cannot wait to visit again soon!

1. Excellent location - at front entrance of St James Church.
2. Very friendly and helpful staff.
1. Bathroom looks recently renovated.
2. Furniture old and tired.
3. Mattress too soft for us. we prefer firm beds. Others may like soft beds.
4. Clothes hangers are some old wirelike pieces and should be thrown out.
5. Breakfast spread just ok. With limited range of food spread.
6. No coffee facilities provided. We had to ask and they gave us.

Location is very near at the church and comfortable huge parking area, room with balcony and I like the shower box it was new and beautiful.
The blanket is quite small for us couple. In addition or suggestion,please do not wait that the guest will complain for something like the TV was not functioning well or the refrigerator was off, I do believe that it must be well explained or checked before you give the key room at your guest because that's the reason why we are choosing to" check- in" in a so called 4 star rated hotel but anyway I'm still thankful. 🙂
A fairly observation, they are all doing the best of their job but need to improve something like collaboration. Higher ups should train well the young ones especially those personnel working at their restaurant . Always wear a smile at your face even at your busiest /hardest moment at work. God bless everyone 🙏

Staff was nice. The location is very close to the church and it has a nice bar at the street-side.
Beds were not so comfortable and the bathroom furniture is quiet old. One of our rooms had a smell of kitchen, so we asked for another one which we got. The other room was good.
