Very spacious apartment

The apartment we had was spacious and clean. Plenty of wardrobe space and washing machine in the apartment. The kitchen was very roomy and easy to be in. The beds were nice and very comfortable. The balcony/terrace was quite big and you could sunbathe and dine on the balcony/terrace Towels and pool towels were provided. Our greeting was friendly, informative and professional. If we had a request or a problem it was sorted promptly with a smile. The overall setting was quite nice. The WiFi was good as was having a Smart TV. Easy walk to the beach, two beach club restaurants within a few minutes walk. Easy walk to Puerto Banus, but taxis or own car are needed to get to grocery stores or shops.

There were some things that made it not ideal. Only one key fob for the pool. The pool rules, no food or drinks by the pool just water, so we couldn’t make sandwiches or have snack or soft drinks to take down by the pool and of course no alcohol by the pool either. This is a privately owned apartment complex with many owners as visitors. Not your typical holiday rental, which is great for some, but not if you plan to party at the pool.

Security guards complainjgn about noise at 9pm saying he’d call the police

security was brilliant, the whole complex felt so secure. the apartment was lovely and clean, and modern. air conditioning was great. pool and spa were very nice. communication via whatsapp with apartment owner was fantastic.

Being in a big group and only having one fob to get in and out the pool was sometimes difficult and it was quite far to walk to buy a drink or a snack so would have benefited from a vending machine or kiosk.

Myself and my friends were so pleased with the apartment, it was bigger than we expected and had a huge balcony which we really loved and spent a lot of time enjoying. The pool area was quite quiet but really nice. The only thing we would say it it was a bit of a walk to the closest shop.

It was very clean and close to puerto banus.

The lady who met us was very friendly, spoke English very well so communication was good. We had also exchanged WhatsApp messages prior to arrival to get a better time of arrival.

We liked everything about the apartment and set up.

200m from the beach and some great bars (ex. Mistral). 10 minutes walking to the city center of Puerto Banus. Very nice flat in small complex with great pool and friendly staff.

The apartment was amazing. The best one I have stayed in. It was very spacious and highly maintained. I normally don't leave a review but I had to for this one.

Really fantastic location could walk everywhere. Room was spotless and host that greeted us was very helpful. Very sociable lay out and had all the facilities we needed.

Tiny thing was just that the pool does not open until 11:30am. It didn’t bother us too much but if we were to go back for a more relaxing holiday this may be too late.

The pool area opened at 12pm which is far to late. I think 10am would be fair
