Did not like the fact that there were No checking in information You had to go around into the next block to book in and get a key .After travelling 9 hours and tired it was something that we did not expect This has to be addressed .We were talking to other visitors who stated the same thing

Comfortable bed, room service each day and nearby restaurant.

Cold water to basin constantly running to the point I had to turn mains valve under sink off. This was reported but not repaired in the 3 days we attended. Bathroom floor was sticky on arrival. Wiping grout near hand basin and toilet with a clean rag established dirt and grime on grout. Floor needed a good scrub for hygiene sake. You do not expect problems with basic supply of cold water to the hand basin when paying in excess of $200 per night. Otherwise, we had no complaints with the room service or reception and helpfulness of staff at the restaurant.
