The location is amazing, walking distance from 2 beaches. View from the terrace is to the bay, beautiful!

The mattress was quite soft, but it was still fine to sleep on.

We have spent a wonderful week in Eva apartment with three families: grandparents, children and four grandchildren. Marija and her husband are a great host, they took care of everything during our stay. The apartments are well equipped, the garden is beautiful. The big extra is the large "community space" downstairs with kitchen, sofas, foosball table, darts, snooker and ping pong table. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very clean and cozy apartments.

This accommodation was great! The owner was extremely helpful and addressed all our needs; she recommended us some local attractions and took care of us in every aspect. Regarding the apartment - it was very clean (I travel a lot and you don't often see such cleanness :), the rooms were large and with all necessary equipment; the beds are rather soft but comfortable and large. The best thing in the apartment was the really huge terrace - part in sun and a part in shade, with a hammock, sofa, chairs and a table - all you need for a lovely holiday breakfast! The street where the building is located is a dead end so there is no traffic. We plan to visit this place again.

Everything was perfect

It is close to the beach and to the city center. It has a huge terrace but it's all.

We do not recommend this appartment under the roof with too small kitchen and bathroom, very soft mattresses, old aircondition only in the hallway, and owner who came late from the beach and we had to wait in front of the house when she didn't responded to our calls (she knew exactly when we will arrive). The mattresses were too soft and we all had a pain in the back. The apartment was on the second floor under a roof with low ceilings. The kitchen was too smaĺ, it was almost impossible to move and prepare food. The dishwasher did not wash proprely and was of an older type and dirty when we arrived. The sponge for the dishes was used and dirty (maybe ecologic but not in the covid time...). Cutlery, glasses and pots were clogged with limescale and dirty. The bathroom was only one for two rooms and also quite small with a shower directly next to the toilet. The shower was separated from the toilet only by a white curtain hanging on a very fragile and unstable structure. There was mold in the corner of the shower. There were no insect screens on the windows, so in the evening mosquitows could flew into the appartment if you wanted a fresh air after the whole day heat. There is no washing machine in the apartment, which is quite uncommon. The air conditioning was very old and only in the hallway where it blew hard on everyone who passed by but you can't turn it off because there is no aircondition in the rooms especially in summer heat and under the roof! Parking in front if the house is very tight and only in the street and not everyone can park there so you have to go to park your car somewhere else - there is no private parking! I do not understand other reviews of this accomodation, maybe the other apartments are in a different condition. I would definitéy not recommend this appartment under the roof and I advise the owners to enlarge the apartment and especially the bathroom and the kitchen instead of the large terrace.

Great apartment at the cul-de-sac so no traffic... very friendly polite and helpfull owner, who speaks german and english, each apartment has separate outdoor eating space, celar pooltable is a plus... walking distance to kidsfriendly beach and beachbar with basic selection of drinks,food,icecream. Kaufland grocery store very close.

Very nice and helpful hosts. The apartment met our expectations completely. Comfortable interiors and pleasant exteriors. Very good location - close to the beach and the center of the Umag city.

The parking is pretty bad (Public street in front of the house) and the beds were a bit uncomfortable.
