Convenient location, well-equipped (in apartment laundry was particularly appreciated!), helpful staff.

great location, spacious rooms, well equipped with a nice view from the balcony.

Front staff was not consistent in guest service. During my 4 days stay, there was no room service. I was not aware that you have to pay extra for room service (in a serviced apartment). A 1-hour late checkout was first agreed upon and then withdrawn by the manager on my last day. I later found out that my room had a cancellation and I could have stayed till 1 pm to get ready for my flight back to Europe.

Well appointed rooms and kitchen. Nice furnishings. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Elevator was broken, but staff did carry it for us up to the 3rd floor and that was nice.

elevator did not work and is broken for a month. they could tell me that way I wouldn’t make my reservations which was a week before my stay

The day after booking I requested a cancelation. I have never heard another thing from Booking.com or the property. I did walk by the property while I was in PV. It looked very nice and I probably would of booked if for my next trip, but since I heard nothing about my cancelation or a full or partial refund I WILL NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, EVER! There's no excuse for rude and dismissive behavior. There's this thing called COVID out there and people by necessity change plans often. It would be nice if they would of considered this or ever responded to my request at all!

Attention to my cancelation request. Not only won't I book them ever again, I will now avoid Booking.com

Gorgeous sunset views from the balcony and the rooftop, super convenient location yet away from all the hustle and bustle. Friendly and extremely helpful personnel.

Location & Cleanliness

Clean property and great location. Even though we were only there a night, it would be perfect for extended stays as there is a complete kitchen available. I would definitely stay there on a future visit!
