I booked this house to celebrate my birthday and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The house is adorable and clean and has more than enough space for me and my friends. The view and the walk ability into town cannot be beat!

This house was perfect for our family. We could walk to everything in Alexandria Bay. Such a beautiful area.

Louise and Court were great hosts. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. It was also in a great location for participating in all of the activities Alexander Bay and Clayton offer.

We have really enjoyed Schooners to accommodate most of the family. The clean, cozy, comfortable surroundings made us feel right at home. We enjoy the Tiki bar next door at the Riveredge Resort, the shorts walks to boutiques, restaurant's, bars, golf course, church. We also rented the home next door called Paddles on the Porch, which accommodated 6 more family members and allowed us access to the yard with the firepit. Watching the fireworks from this location was a highlight! There is a deck with a large table and dock usage for a small to medium size boat. The owners are welcoming and always attentive to questions/ concerns. One of our favorite places to stay.

We rented paddles on the porch last year and wanted to bring family with us this year so rented both paddles and schooners. The house was amazingly clean and beautiful. The owners were great and easy to talk to, very accommodating, although that was no surprise from our experience last year. Our family loved the house and got to make some amazing memories with our kiddos.

This property is perfectly located in Alexandria Bay. You can walk right into town - close to restaurants and shops. You are right on the water with gorgeous views of the castle. Court and his wife are the perfect hosts - making sure that we had everything that we needed to have an amazing stay. We highly recommend this and any other properties they have.

Excellent experience renting. The property was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Bed sheets & linens were nice quality. Location is great, never moved car to take boat rides, shop & go to restaurants.

This was our third trip renting from Court's properties and again we were wowed by his attention to detail and comfortable setting. The decor is outstanding..very nautical! The place is immaculate!! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook/bake. We decided not to eat out due to COVID so every meal was cooked at the home. The kitchen is open and the table accommodates 12. The outdoor setting with 2 large picnic tables and a fire pit surrounded by chairs is perfect for a BBQ and late nite fire chats. So much fun! We will definitely stay again!!! Court and Louise are attentive but not intrusive. Thanks Court and Louise!

We stayed here for the Community Betterment weekend. Perfect spot and owner has kayaks for rent. We kayaked over to the beach!! The place is beautiful and well stocked. The wine bar with cooler and coffee bar made us feel special. Thanks Court for a great weekend?

We were celebrating my sons graduation and this spot was perfect!! We were able to rent both paddles on the porch and schooners bay and it was well worth it! The whole process was very easy from booking to checking out. Communication was quick and easy, check in was thorough and simple as well. The location was amazing! Two house on the water with kayak/canoe rental on the property. We were able to walk into town, rent a boat, or take a shuttle to boltd castle. Live music you could hear from the backyard! The kids loved cornhole (which was provided) and sitting by the fire at night. Everyone had an amazing time from young to old. Such a great experience and can’t express again how easy everything was and the Location couldn’t be more convenient! Also,the houses were beautiful inside and out with grills, pots and they provided everything you need and then some!! Thanks again for such a great time!!!!!

This as well as the house next door were beautiful, immaculate homes. We were able to see both and I would stay in either one again. Very close to the main street and the water.
