the worst experience ever , after driving for 3 hours from Spain with my three kids and husband we couldn’t stayed.. the manager said the rooms wasn’t ready .. we spend the night in our cars with our kids.. the most horrible costumer service ever.

The SPA was quite nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and the shower had great pressure. Small refrigerator in the room and great view from the room.

The Hotel was understaffed and it showed. We got locked out of our room after the first night because they didnt register the card for two nights, no one at the reception so I had to search for someone to handle it. Room was clean but there was a spot on the wall where a Cobweb was hanging, areas outside the main corridors (stairway for example) were dirty.

The staff was really nice and helpful, the breakfast was good.

The walls are made of drywall so very little soundproof. The mattress is really firm and the cushions too soft.

Access road under construction for many kilometers. Hotel very out of place and isolated, no infrastructure close. Restaurant closed. General cleaning of the hotel poorly maintained, despite the hotel being empty. Receptionist not very attentive and apparently not having enough training, I couldn't get the invoice, during the 2-day stay, I had to call the hotel to reinforce the request for the shipment From the bill, definitely a hotel not to return or recommend.

The termas (dynamic pool) is amazing for deep relaxation. Rooms are very big. Hotel is somewh modern and very cozy. Staff is the biggest plus!

Rooms are not soundproof and some parts could be refurbished. Breakfast is overall underwhelming.

The staff went above and beyond. Accommodated us at dinner, we are vegans. Just the best pampered stay we have ever had.

Very friendly & helpful receptionist staff, large comfortable room & bed, clean & tidy.

Breakfast was scarce, bambaree was empty when we arrived at 9.30, I was politely told there was no more hot food!

The girls from reception were very helpful, and would have done more if they could.

For a 4 star "palace hotel", I did not like that our rooms weren't clean. Also, as me and the kids (3) and another couple were the only guests for Sunday night, there was no dinner. This hotel is 30 min far from the closest city (Figueira da Foz) and my intention was to stay and not drive around looking for a place to dine. I can't understand how a 4-star "palace hotel SPA" does not have a bar nor room service with simple foods. Also, I did not like why we have to pay to use the swimming pool - if this is a thermal hotel, means that guests will be using the swimming pool - which is not included and is way too expensive for a 45 minute use. Due to the circumstances, we left one night earlier, stayed at my family home nearby, where we had dinner and slept. The girls from reception had the opportunity to speak saying that their boss wouldn't allow them use the reception computer to look for restaurants and places of interested nearby, having to use their own mobile phones. Also, they shared that he is not interested in serving meals unless the occupation is high. Such a pity, this hotel building is amazing and the views are too, but I don't see a bright future if they don't improve service to guests.

The aqua centre was a nice experience, though both sauna and steam-bath were closed due to Covid regulations.

The hotel is understaffed, there's hardly anyone to provide service. The buffet Breakfast is poor, litle or no choice of items, with a lousy quality

Everything was clean and the bathroom was remarkably large. Truly, one can find peace and relaxation at this out of the way spot.

The hotel is very far from everything one could want to visit and difficult to get to from the highway. The staff, though friendly, was overwhelmed. Sometimes it seemed as if one person was handling the entire hotel.

Bathroom smelt a little of urine but for me preferably to poisonous bleach.

Everyone is very nice, the bedroom is very comfortable and the view is amazing. Being vegan and without giving any notice, they had a lot of options, which was great!
