The building name is Knight Hotel , below the hotel is cloud 9 cafe.
My bed was comfortable. The room is clean, with toiletries available and a hair dryer. Water is good.
Less speaking English staff but they are polite and approachable.

Staff were very helpful and friendly ..appatment was nice view location is great ..close to malls ggod restaurant walking distance..I would be happy to stay at Burj Alfaris again as we will be coming to Jeddah every month
There was a problem in the shower facility ..the floor is not leveled, so the water goes to the drain which causes the water to seep out of the shower cabin

The hotel was exceptionally maintained, very clean and sanitary. It had all facilities like wifi and TV, clean washrooms, kitchen with stove and dishes and microwave. Amazing facilities. Location was a nice neighbourhood. Rooms were spacious. All porters and staff were nice and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay. I hope the staff maintains this cleanliness and nice rooms. Please keep up the good work, if I ever come back to Jeddah I will stay here only!
Address reflected on Booking.com was not accurate, we had to look for the hotel and call the location to find the proper address. Wasted about an hour.
