Escaped to cooler temps in Flagstaff. This was a perfect area and home was lovely. Neighborhood was very quiet !!!

We had a 3 night stay. The home was a great size for a family or large group. Fully equipped kitchen for dinners and lots of seating options inside and out. The basement offered a good place for kids or teens to hang out. Overall, we enjoyed the home.

Highlights: easily accessible awesome location, easy to follow instructions, very friendly and helpful host, amazing living space overall with good internet giving the location, and most things you may need in the kitchen for a few days stay.
May be improved: details on the property on the Vrbo site description (e.g. there is no couch that transforms into a sleeping bed, no on-property inflating beds, the 2 bedrooms upstairs share 1 bathroom, third full bathroom is on the lower floor, etc.)

Loved our stay at this cute, well maintained cabin near Flagstaff. We ventured to Sedona the Grand Canyon, and Bearizona and this was a great home base.

Amazing cabin
We had a great long Father’s Day weekend in this beautiful cabin. Everything was clean and stocked. The views are breath taking and so was the deck!! They have everything you need to relax and unwind. We will definitely be returning.

Perfectly cozy
Everything about this stay was perfect! Diana was so nice and made sure everything went smooth! The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need! Nothing fell short. The house is cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with things you may need! This stay couldn’t have been more perfect for my kids and husband! Thank you!!

Great home; difficulty with communication
The property was very nice and located in a wooded suburb of Flagstaff. The home was beautiful with lots of windows and the kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked.
The only problem we had was communication. We really had no one contact us when we arrived. There were written instructions that were mailed to us prior, and on the kitchen island at the house.
We made day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, etc. We had returned one evening to find that the electronic lock would not open. We contacted the owner with no reply, and then left a message for Brett, who was on the contact list. It was a little eerie since the area is very dark and it was a cold night. I had my children and elderly mother sit in the car as we waited for Brett, whom we had not seen before. Brett then arrived and it turned out that he was very nice! He then changed the lock batteries which helped.
As a suggestion, it would be helpful if there was a key hidden/ kept somewhere around the home in the event that the electronic lock does not work, especially if guests arrive later at night.
Otherwise the home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a family with kids of all ages
We stayed here for our elopement and it was perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful and had a close trail with endless hiking that we enjoyed multiple times a day. We had 3 children there from 10 months to 14 and all kids were safe, happy and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised to see a high chair and a playpen available on site that we were able to use and make life easier. Will definitely stay here again, and very much appreciated the personal touch from the owner as she knew we were getting married! Thank you!

cool and rainy
This was one of the better home we have stayed in. Three bathrooms, plenty of space and room for 8. The outside decks were nice and the view was great. I will book this again!!

Great home base
The house is showing it's age but was clean and comfortable. We had excursions in Williams, Grand Canyon and Sedona and this was a good base for a "home base". The family all enjoyed the stay. My wife did state it would be great if the common area windows had curtains or blinds on them. The contact person, Diana, was easy to work with and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in a great location to explore northern AZ. Easy drive access in all directions. Home is very comfortable and clean. Owners are very responsive and accessible.

We liked the location of the house. It's basically 3 stories (2 story with a finished basement). The patio is really nice. The master bedroom is very nice and comfortable. The queen bed upstairs is very squeaky but a decent mattress. All the bedding is nice and there's plenty of extra. We actually ended up with an air mattress in the basement, it has a full bathroom. We used the 2 twins as a king to sleep because the queen was too sqeaky. It has a cabin feel to it. The decorating is nice, a bit random and some of it is dated.We really only had 2 things we didn't love, the pots, pans and knives need some updating. Most of the pans were in bad shape, we purchased some new ones to use. The knives just need to be sharpened, we had brought our own so that helped.. The biggest concern was, it really needs a deep cleaning. It's neat and clean overall , but the furniture really needs steam cleaning and the carpets need a deep clean as well. We really liked the location, the neighborhood is nice and it's very convenient. It suited our needs.

Cozy rental for families or friends
Home was extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies etc. Although home doesn't appear very big, it had plenty of space for our two families (both traveling with small children). Next door neighbors feel very close but we didn't have any issues with them as we followed the quiet hours. Having a gas fireplace was nice as well. It was an easy short drive to downtown Flagstaff. We explored the wetlands preserve which was close by and easy to take small kids on a walk through.

Refreshing Space
Really nice home just outside of Flagstaff. Plenty of room for everyone including those of us with different wakeup and bedtime schedules. Easy access to nearby hiking trails. Nice weather a break from the heat in Phoenix.

Summer Escape
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was ideal for the 2 families (both had small children), baby gates were provided for the stairs and the multiple levels were ideal for everyone to spread out. We had no issue with the neighbor others posted about. I would stay here again!

Wonderful weekend getaway
Stayed at this home with my three friends to do some hiking and get away from the summer heat in Tucson. We chose this house because we felt it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to spread out given our concerns about COVID right now. This house was a good fit for us as it provided ample bathrooms and space to gather or spread out. It is very well appointed, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly appreciated that it is located in the woods which allowed us to take full advantage of the wonderful wrap around porch.
Not a lot of negatives other than there are two flights of stairs which might be a problem for some, but it wasn’t for us except the night after we climbed Mount Humphreys 😊�. Also the BBQ (which could uses some TLC), is located on the lower floor and requires a flight of stairs down through the lower level to the outside patio. Not a big deal for us.
There were a few comments about a neighbor being difficult. Her house is a bit close and she has a “quiet zone” sign aimed at the patio we sat on, but we respected the quiet times (9am - 9pm) and had no problems with her at all. She’s very quiet, keeps to her self, and while she’s definitely not friendly, if she’s not making trouble It’s her prerogative to keep to herself.
Would definitely recommend this house and I look forward to staying at the lovely property again.

Wonderful Stay!
The property is very accommodating. It was equipped with all the essentials and then some. I have 3 boys; Two are 6 (twins), and one that turned five at this property! They loved it. The owners are very attentive and kind. We accidentally left something there and her very kind housekeeper dropped it to a friend in town. Very impressed!!!

Good house - lousy neighbors
Location was in the cool pines just below Flagstaff west of I -17. The house came with everything you need. The community is more crowded than pictures indicate on the website...disappointing. Views are neighbors backyards and rooftops if you like that sort of thing. You’ll need to shut down your outdoor activities early evening because the neighbors don’t take kindly to “any” noise on the deck. You’ll know which neighbor that is even before you have a chance to meet.

We stayed in this cabin for Christmas and it was wonderful. The house is very nice and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The owners were readily available if we had any questions. Highly recommend!!

Loved the property
It had everything! Sleds, old school cooking items, spices, extra air mattresses and cots. The bathrooms were large and newly renovated (at least it looked that way). The owners had to communicate a few things to us and they were kinds and prompt (and understanding). The neighbors are a it sensitive to noise, so the quiet times are taken very seriously. Great price. Nothing bad to say!

Great week in Flagstaff!
We traveled across country from SC. Spent 8 days in Flagstaff. The house was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. House has everything you may need. Location was great, not far from Sedona and Grand Canyon. Flagstaff historic area very close too. Homeowner keeps in touch if you need anything.. Great time and great memories with great friends.
