Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung….
Die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung lassen zu wünschen übrig… wir waren für eine Nacht Vorort…. Urlaub würden wir jetzt in diesem Hotel über mehrere Tage nicht verbringen wollen….

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit.
Ein toller Aufenthalt mit hohem Erholungsfaktor.
Schöner Wellness Bereich !
Fahrstuhl für Koffertransport wäre das I-Tüpfelchen

Tolle Lage am Tankumsee. Achtung, je nach Zimmerkategorie große Unterschiede in Lage und Größe der Zimmer. Von Luxus bis Mini-Kammer. Alle Zimmer sind renoviert und sauber. Es gibt eine Flasche Wasser und eine Kaffeemaschine. Frühstück ist ok. Fitnessmöglichkeit im Hotel ist bescheiden...dafür gibt es den See zum Joggen oder Spazieren. Man gibt sich Mühe, insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.

das frühstück war perfekt, besser geht's nicht.
die Lage ist top, man kann sehr vieles machen.
Abend Buffet ist ziemlich teuer für 2 Fleisch / 1 Fischgericht. das Fleisch war sehr trocken.
das Salat war eher nicht das was man erwartet. ab 19 Uhr ohne Mücken spray geht Garnichts.

Location was very remote for a business trip with little going on in the surrounding area. It was very quiet but this was really a bonus. I cannot comment regarding a family get away but given the large RV parking and excellent lake I can imagine in the right season this will be a very popular and excellent place for a remote getaway from city life. Young lady waitress in the restaurant was very chatty and pleasant.
Nothing really. The hotel was everything we expected from a business trip. If I were to be picky I would say that the lock on the door to the swimming pool etc was very difficult to open for persons with limited grip. The small rotating knob is certainly ill thought out.

Did not have time or breaskfast. Dinner was great. Personnel was super nice! We had the saunas /pool all to ourselves - perfect!!

Location outstanding, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable clean rooms.
Fitness Centre in Bad condition, 2 of 4 Cardio machines not working, no ventilation and extremely hot and humid.
Sauna only operational from 3pm without exception although you have to give staff notice 30 minutes ahead of time.

An unexpected pleasant place to visit and stay. Quiet and relaxing for us. The staff could not be more attentive during our visit.
