Great staff team. Especially Maria and Sergio. The pool and bar areas were great space to relax.

The rooms need a bit updating. Especially the bathroom. They are not bad, they just could do with a little modernising.

lovely sea views from our room. the room was lovely and clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff were wonderful, and couldn’t do enough for you. we’ve been coming to Skala for years and this is one of our favourite places to stay.

The pool area was excellent with bar staff always on hand and helpfull. All areas were clean and well maintained and just as a special mention to Maria who did some laundry for us which they didn't have to do.

We loved the apartment, very beautiful and clean. great, that it had two storeys and two toilets. It went to the back, so there was no noise at all from the pool bar. Pool area was great, too.

The sofa bed our daughter was sleeping on wasn't very comfortable. And we only had breakfast at the hotel once, it is not too bad, but much better to go into town or make your own breakfast in the apartment.

The kitchen is fine for light snacks but it's better to rely on the amazing choice of bakeries, tavernas and restaurants.

Pool looked dirty, water was green. Room very poor, standard very low Outlook from veranda, absolutely disgusting. Notice they don’t show a picture from the veranda in the day time. They show one at night, so you cannot see what’s on the other side of the wall. The other one on a lower floor shows a big tree in the way so you still cannot see the other side of the wall. Plus one other at lower floor level in an ally. From town beach to Natalie’s is a long walk up the hill facing the sun. Hard going at 5 or 6 in the evening on a hot day. Look at our photos. Quality for £120/day is very very poor. Look at the patio doors, the right hand one has blown. Look at the quality of seat on the veranda. Look at the fan in the bathroom. The pipe fitting in the wall, the state of the tiles around the toilet. Call that a kitchen, you cannot be serious. Look at the bathroom and best of all look at that view. Most rooms face the same way. The place is run by young people, nice as they are, very friendly, but no one is keeping up the standards. I think the owner is into other things and is not bothered how the place is run as long as the money keeps rolling in. I think they should have paid me to go there.

We had such a wonderful stay! Maria, Hermione, Sergio and all of the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to them for organising my husbands 50th birthday party and our various trips and requests. We loved every second and would recommend Natalie’s as the best place to stay in Skala.

The pool area was so modern, it made the rooms look a little tired but it was above expectations overall.

The Natalie is the perfect place to be based in Skala, whether you want to just relax around the pool all day, venture to the beach or explore the island. The facilities are fabulous, comfortable beds, air conditioning included in price, pool and pool bar. The staff are beyond excellent, friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Lovely pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Large pool bar which served drinks and snacks. Staff bend over backwards to do anything for you. Room was cleaned every day.

The best part for me was the amazingly friendly staff. Marie, Sergio and Hermione were amazing. Nothing at all was of any trouble. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. I’d go as far to say one if not the best boutique apartments in Skála. The pool area was wonderful and yes a trip to the beach was something l had to do, but being around the hotel pool, just aced it! be

I really couldn’t fault the hotel at all. The only big issue we had and so did the most guests was the barking dog next door. It actually spoilt the experience and it was constant. The barking started at sunrise and continued mist of the day. If nothing else, this was the spoiler for me. I was very disappointed as no morning was a restful morning. If I’m really honest, l wanted to move out of the hotel as my room backed on to the yard when the dog was. l know the hotel can’t do much about this, but it will hurt business. So for me, this really spoilt my time to relax.
