Das Hotel ist “ein Gesamtkunstwerk” - und einfach wunderschön. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Das Personal war wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment absolut wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Excelente lugar para descansar. El lugar es increíble, campestre, con animales (caballo, borrego, conejo) para consentir, la alberca está deliciosa. La atención del personal es excelente, Elizabeth fue super amable en todo momento y en general todo el persona está muy atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Muchas pequeñas actividades para niños en relativamente poco espacio: alimentar animales de granja, montar caballo, jugar en el jardín, fogata y alberca.
El personal de los caballos, del restaurante y de limpieza es muy amable.
Comida del restaurante rica, hay varias opciones vegetarianas (ya sea que estén en carta o que se las pidas tú)
La alberca estaba muy fria, no la pudimos disfrutar (fui en enero).
Al contratar la fogata por $500, me ofrecieron un paquete de bombones y salchichas por $500 adicionales, pero no comemos salchichas, así que pedí sólo bombones, les dije que me descontaran el costo de las salchichas... yo estaba dispuesto a pagar un paquete que sólo incluyera bombones aunque lógicamente estos tendrían un sobreprecio, pero me dijeron que el "encargado" no permite que sólo se vendan bombones! Pero lo peor es que pedí por Rappi mis propios bombones y al comentarlo con la persona de recepción me comentó que estaba prohibido traer tus propios bombones! se me hizo algo ridículo!

The food was good and affordable, the room was good and the staff was very helpful. The weather was nice and there was a fan in the room.
They didn't have screen on the windows, the pool is small. They have horses but they need to insulate them, we didn't like the smell. I think the Hotel should be Adults only.

Gorgeous rustic room decor. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Get a massage, it was great. Lovely staff. Lots of good breakfast options.

Since the moment we drove into the property, I was impressed. The property is in a residential area, but you wouldn't know it once you're inside. It's like you're transported to a different place. The welcome/reception staff person was friendly, she helped us with parking and walked us to our room. She later provided additional information and assistance we needed. The spa was warm and the shared grass/courtyard area was beautifully kept and even decorated for the season. Hope we can return in the future. I highly recommend Rincon Sagrado for your future stay!

The rustic architecture and aesthetics, the hotel’s intimate atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was excellent and at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs.

The staff were brilliant and made us feel at home. The garden is beautiful and everything is exceptionally clean
you can’t just buy some logs for the fire, they charge 180 each!!!! for marshmallows and hot chocolate. it’s was lovely and a really nice experience, however we would have all preferred the option of just buying logs

The staff was amazing, so helpful and attentive. I was delighted to be able to get a massage so quickly after arrival. The massage was very good and very reasonably priced. The decor was eclectic, funky, and not the same old things at every hotel.
Restaurant was quite decent and good value. They all try to make your stay extremely pleasant.

Very nice and clean and they use great cleaning sanitation before entering.
The area around the hotel was kinda sketchy but they do an amazing job making sure everything around the hotel is hidden. This includes two giant doors guarded 24/7. Once inside, you won’t notice anything outside again. It’s like magic haha

Its actually a pretty place to stay for family time.
There was nothing I didn't like. The staff was kind to us at every moment, the place was comfy and clean. Services were excellent. Also the food at the restaurant was pretty good.
