I booked the hotel for its view of Kanchenjunga.

The rooms were grotty, the cleaning very poor and not routine. The staff don’t really care and we had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. The bathroom fittings are cheap plastic and my son’s soap dispenser detached itself from the wall and fell off. He had no towels in the bathroom on our arrival. The lift opened just across our doors , which wakes us when noisy guests come into the hall.

We had booked 3 rooms and Room no. 204 has a smelly bathroom, there was some kind of water choking in it and it smells really bad. On asking about the room change, the manager told us all rooms are booked and they cannot do anything about it - such a bad attitude….

Wifi not working only connecting. TV not working. No room service until specifically requested. Dirty bed sheets and bed covers with no replacement. Bad smell of sewage from bathroom. No heating. Water are hot and cold interchangeably. The Hotel is in a second floor of a mall and entry through a car parking lot. You can sometimes enter from the mall.

We had booked family room for 4 with a view. The view from the room was pretty. Rooms are spacious. The staff is super courteous and is available 24X7 to help out. The location of the hotel is super convenient, it’s on the 3rd floor of a mall. The hotel is walking distance from the Mall Road so one can visit and enjoy Mall Road in the evening and at night without worrying about any to & from transportation. Also, all cars can go till the hotel (Cars are not allowed in hotels in Mall Road so people have to manage the luggage on their own) so it saves the hassle in terms of carrying luggage. Special mention: the restaurant of the hotel serves delicious food and has live music every night. We had a hearty meal there along with live music being played.

Almost everything about the hotel is superb just one problematic thing was a weird smell in the washroom (probably from the drain). Though the staff came and sprayed freshener from time to time, this is a temporary solution and the hotel should do something to fix it permanently.

Location: good 👍 The view from the room is mesmerizing. We stayed in room 117.

Rooms are very spacious and well decorated wel maintained. Staffs are well mannered. Nice breakfast. Value of money.

Excellent place to stay! The location was great and the staff were really friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also extremely enjoyable. The rooms are big with a great view-- they are clean and wonderfully maintained.

Excellent stay. We booked a junior suite and the room size was huge (Room 208). It had a great view of the valley and the city. It was quite and peaceful just as we asked for. You can spend the whole day in the room if you want to. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Crisp white sheets and very clean and washroom made me happy. The room service was great. Just 1 point I would like to mention, it is situated in the Rink Mall and the road towards the Mall Road is uphill. So, keep that in mind while booking. Other than that the hotel was awesome!

Breakfast was stale and cold. The corridor was unclean. Though the hotel is situated in a Mall, they do not have proper parking facility for the guests. We had to pay extra for our 2 wheeler parking.

The location is fine inside the Big Bazar complex.

Breakfast items are below normal and not prepared with calculated quantities, hence you have to compromise with available items when seated on table. No sufficient staffs to help over there. They dont have proper dedicated parking, you have to arrange by own or can park the car by paying Rs. 500/- per day inside the basement of mall. The price of this hotel is much more expensive compared to the rate and facilities. The location is good enough.
