The view and deck were the best part. The room sizes were great. Electric BBQ grill was great! Pool was small but very nice.

Unit inside and outside had a ridiculous amount of bugs. A full Missouri tarantula fell from the ceiling and onto my sons back. I have never seen one until then. Lots of ants! Refrigerator needs to be replaced. If you have to put up a sign to put food away in batches it’s time to switch it out. Kind of important for renters, LOL! Paper towels, TP, soap, dish soap, NO laundry detergent, either didn’t exist or not enough of. Hall bathroom toilet ran. Boat slips are old and run down. We never used it, reminded me of the beginning of a movie when something bad is about to happen right away. Deck below smokes and the massive great dane dog barks!

We loved having a beautiful view of the lake as well as access to it. Our kids fished, floated and used the fire pit

The condo is very spacious, well kept and the lake view is incredible.

I will probably bring some extra dishes and blankets but that is our own preference. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I do wish the water and ice maker worked on the fridge.

GREAT LOCATION!! My only slightly negative comments are, poor parking for multiple vehicles, dusty entrance, lots of spider webs and excessive wasp nests around all entrances no reason to not eliminate this issue and power wash weekly for a waterfront condo at this rate$. broken master ceiling fan would not spin, refrigerator was older, ice maker broken, no filtered water from fridge …. large television in living room was very old outdated smart features barely would load/ new television’s are very inexpensive these days no reason not to update for the kiddos. Otherwise GREAT STAY!
