Excellent location, very close to shops, bars and cafes but surprisingly not too noisy. There is a fab brunch spot just up the road called Manifest which I would highly recommend. The host Luis was so helpful and friendly, he arranged a shuttle to and from the airport which was much appreciated when landing in the evening with children in tow. Luis was on hand if we had any queries not only about the property but about how to reach tourist attractions etc.

the Matratzes are overused, mold in the bathroom, door handles broken, blood on one of the Matratzes, small dining table for big group, only one bathroom

Quarto piano senza ascensore: Salire le scale con le valigie è stata un'impresa titanica, soprattutto per chi ha problemi di salute. Assolutamente sconsigliato a chi ha difficoltà motorie. Pavimento del corridoio pendente: Il pavimento del corridoio era talmente inclinato che sembrava di camminare su una nave in tempesta. Pericoloso e scomodo allo stesso tempo. Cucina sottodimensionata e poco curata: La cucina era minuscola e mal attrezzata. Era difficile cucinare anche per poche persone. Inoltre, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Camere inadeguate: Le camere erano piccole e soffocanti. Una di queste era addirittura priva di finestra e comunicava con un'altra camera, creando un'assoluta mancanza di privacy. Bagno scomodo e invivibile: Un solo bagno per 8 persone è decisamente insufficiente. Inoltre, l'assenza di finestre rendeva il bagno un ambiente claustrofobico e maleodorante. Disattenzione del personale: Al momento del check-out ci è stato concesso di lasciare le valigie in struttura. Al nostro ritorno per ritirarle, abbiamo scoperto che un cappello che avevamo lasciato in camera era scomparso.

Great location. Walking distance to Avenida da Liberdade. Spacious apartment with everything you need in a traditional and typical building. The beds were comfortable and the wifi very strong. The host was amazing. Communication even before arrival was brilliant. Very good supermarket and Cafe next to the apartment. We wanted to make the most of our 3 days in Lissabon so we highly recommend Hugo from Tours Hugo www.tourshugo.com/ Hugo provided us with the most amazing insider information and history, lovely anecdotes and Fado songs. From city tour to sailing to the best Pastel de Belém He knows everything!!

The host was waiting for us at the property He waited outside so we did not have to look for a flat, he showed us a way Apartment is in a perfect location. Calm neighbourhood, but very close to avenida da liberdade and a metro station. Just next to the apartment there is Auchan for a quick small shopping Apartment is great, in an old building so we could feel Portuguese "climate". A lot of space. The only minus I could find was that we could hear people above us, this is due to the building age and construction, but that did not disturb us. Overall stay was great

Place was comfortable and spacious

Climbing stairs to top floor was difficult specially with elderly person with heart problems which left person breathless every time.

Apartment is in nice location with easy access to metro. There are 3 big rooms with wide beds, but one without window and with poor doors to the other room, which wasn’t mentioned in the offer. In general accommodation was clean, but in the bathroom you could find really dirty lamp and mould on the ceiling. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer should be bought new ones. They are old and almost unusable.

the location was perfect for us. Luis and his staff were phenomenal. Luis greeted us at the door and helped with the luggage! He also gifted us a bottle of vino tinto from Portugal and some pastries from his families bakery :) 💕 amazing start to our stay. espresso machine in the kitchen was essential.

the bathroom needed a window or venting. we also stayed during an unusually warm day and one bedroom had no window. all the rooms had fans👍
