The location was convenient and the staff was very helpful with arranging for airport transportation to Taoyuan Airport. The breakfast buffet was good and so was the service.

Probably not many amenities around, except 7-eleven, but it's quiet.

The coffee machine at business center on 13th floor did not provide coffee bean during the stay

Our room was above the conference center, and a conference began at 7am, the sound and speaking of which woke us all up. Also, the website said there was a pool, but it wasn’t open when we visited. We specifically reserved this hotel because of the pool for our kids. Was very disappointing.

Overall clean, but not the highest rating because there is no way to keep carpet clean in the room. If carpets are replaced with clean floors, the rating should be higher. Thanks.

I dont like that for breakfast there was less western food offerings on the baffet in the morning. The only thing I could find for an english breakfast was fried bacon and eggs. All the other options were chinese and others salads-which I think is not that suitable in other cultures for breakfast. In other countries salads are like an offering for lunch or dinner. Can you please add more western food
