Quiet location, fantastic view over the city. Apartment with good areas, large pool and outdoor grilling areas. The host J.P. is always available and very helpful. Always memorable vacations. I recommend.

We were 3 and our apartment (#4) had a open space area with a well equipped kitchen, dining table and a zone that can host two single beds with a separate bathroom that can be separated from the rest of the room with a curtain (great for our 21y son). Then the bedroom with another bathroom. Good air cond (two units), an external veranda with a sun umbrella, table and chairs. Nice swimming pool with sun beds available anytime. It is also available a shared BBQ. Great for families.
Interiors may need some restoration but are more than acceptable, Some light in the BBQ area is needed when cooking in the evening. Car is needed to go downtown.

The location was perfect very peaceful. Really good to relax. With the car almost all of Lagos within 10min drive. The appartement is simple but good dor a family. The garden and swimming pool a very nice. The check-in and checkout was very smoothly.
Almost all was good. The only thing is perhaps some furniture could be replaced. The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

Sizeable apartments, great pool, quiet location but still walkable to town and grocery shops.
Pedro was very friendly and accommodating
Had to dispose of our own rubbish and the bin was quite a distance away by foot.
Some other guests had been quite noisy during our stay, which was a little disruptive at times

The owner was super awesome and flexible with everything. The pool was great. Nice balconies in both sides of the house. Comfortable indoors. Very close to city center
We had to be a bit careful when showering because some water would leak but no big deal

The property was beautiful and private. The apartment was the perfect size for me and my two friends for a weekend trip and the owner is incredible. He was extremely accommodating when our travel plans changed last minute and even offered us transportation to the beaches, free of charge.
The only complaint I could possibly have about this place is that the location is a little far from the center of the town. If you plan on visiting the nearby beaches and town, it is about a 30-40 minute walk, but the weather and scenery make it well worth it.

The pool was a welcome addition to these apartments, the surrounding area is beautiful and the apartments themselves are calm and quiet. Beds were incredibly comfortable and although cleaning isn't included during your stay, fresh towels and household items were replenished bi-daily! The owner was also very accomodating and even gave us a free tour of Lagos and a trip the supermarket in his free time!
Walking back could be a bit arduous after a full day but the location, quietness and accomodation and pool more than make up for it! (The walk is an easy 20-30 mins, with only a 20 metre hill to contend with)

This was perfect for us. Quiet away from the majority of tourists. The room was an excellent size, had all the facilities we wanted and a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We like to walk and talk and explore when we are away, so the 25 minute walk to the new town and 35 to the old town was not a problem. Also, a great place to explore more if you rent a car.
The owner and staff were amazing. Pedro helps to create an amazing and warm atmosphere that will keep you wanting to come back to this little slice of paradise!

Location is ok, not perfect. Nice views from the terrace of your apartment.
Not welcoming at check in. We received new covid rules that check in is only from 16-19 pm, which is understandable. But we arrived after very long drive 10 minutes before the 'official'check in time and we saw the owner arriving. She didnt say hi or welcome, she just watched her watch and said over 10 minutes you can check in. This was for me very rude and if you can not even say a friendly Hello or Welcome to your paying guests then this is not a good sign of running a hotel. So we had to wait till the lady was calling us in. A very cold and not friendly woman, so be prepared. We paid 1 night in advance and had to pay a bit over 400 euro for the rest of the week. I wanted to have a look at our apartment and asked her. She refused and said cold hearted 'no, first you pay, then you go to the room'. ????!!!! Serious, why would you be so mean???? I truly do not understand why you would be so negative and not helping your guests. Just show them the room. Anyway, after 3 times asking she kept saying NO, FIRST PAY THEN KEY.
So we walked to the outside of the room to give it a try, and the outside and terrace looked okay, so we paid. But did not trust her at all. So happy arrival right????
Apartment was clean and well organised, very old, but for us that is not a problem. After 1 night sleep, super pain in the back. The matras is old, too old and painfull. Overall. we had to work and needed to be at this location, and because we had booked 1 week in advance we needed to stay. If that was not the case I would have left. And I would not recommend this place. Sorry for this, but more friendly and welcoming check in, would change my point of view.

The pool was very nice and clean.
the accomodation was dirty, old, the fridge was very noisy and we couldnt sleep in night time because of it. The wifi didnt work
