The place is very nicely deatiled, a lot of attention to the cleanness and it was very quiet and relaxing.
The staff was friendly and very quick addressing our requests.
There was a lack of explaination of the facilities and the schedule (breakfast, checkins, checkouts, common areas timing) when we checked in. However, upon the request the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would have put some sort of self-service vending machine and/or a minibar in the room, a kettle of coffee machine...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was clean and the chocolate strawberries and wine were exceptional. Fernando was amazing. He could easily work at the best hotels in the world.
Elvira felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, it was very comfortable and deserves top ratings.
The only issue I had was with the jacuzzi. It worked perfectly but when I originally filled the tub with water and turned on the jets some black stuff came out of the jets. To clean it I let the jets run a bit until nothing else came out, drained it, wiped down the base and refilled it. It wasn't too big of a deal. If it wasn't for this minor inconvenience I would give 5 stars.

It was a place more than beautiful, loved their jacuzzi and pool. Also the hot tub at the room.

The staff were all very friendly and nice. We felt that they are really paying attention to us and made our stay very comfortable. We checked in very late close to midnight but still welcoming us with very nice welcome cocktail. and during the breakfast we asked about the music because we really liked it and the young staff kindly searched for us and wrote the information to the paper and hand it us when we left.
The room was very comfortable. The big bed, cozy couch.
