la urbanización m parece una pasada y el restaurante q tiene dentro m parece un buen acierto.El trato con la inmobiliaria fue muy buena.quiero pensar que m toco el peor apartanento

El apartamento no tenía aire acondicionado lo que m chafo un poco.Nos toco que en el pasillo estaban las baldosas levantadas con lo q se acabaron rompiendo y se movían las de alrededor.Muy incómodo xq esta en la mitad de la cocina,baño y paso para todo

La ubicación y la urbanización. Era amplia, despejada, tranquila. Con árboles, césped y dos piscinas hermosas.

El apartamento era un duplex que en esencia podría haber sido precioso nos lo encontramos abandonado. Con camas sucias y colchones viejos. Sofá cama indecente. Tenían cada uno tres fundas, una encima de otra, cada cual en peor estado. Cocina sucia, con extractor que chorreaba aceite por la pared y armarios con mal olor. Baños con griferías oxidadas. Informamos a la agencia y cambiaron tres de los cuatro colchones. Estuvimos dos días sin sofá. La agencia culpó al propietario del estado de la vivienda cuando también son ellos responsables de su estado. Vimos algún otro apartamento cercano gestionado por ellos que nada tenía que ver con el nuestro.

Welcome to Casa Azahar!!! First of all! Check-in is 5pm, so half of the day you payed for is wasted with suitcases on the beach! Secondly! You will have to walk about 20-30 minutes in 32°C to the agency to collect the the keys and of course you will have to bring them back on Check Out day in time frame which they will give you... (booking.com helped to resolve it and we left keys on Check Out day in the apartment) Thirdly! They will charge you for towels)))! Number 4! No A/C, uncomfortable beds and mattresses Number 5! DEPOSIT OF €250 will be taken even if it hasn't been mentioned when you made bookings, so you in trap really, you will have to pay it anyway or sleep on the beach... Number 6! Apartments in horrible condition! Mould and rust all over the place, half of the plugs not working, smell, water margin in the toilet... 🤮🤮🤮 Number 7! You will have to clean the apartment or you will not get you deposit back! And of course Number 8!!! YOU STILL NOT GOING TO GET YOU DEPOSIT BACK IN FULL BECAUSE THEY WILL SAY THAT YOU BROKE ONE OF THE BROKEN ITEMS IN THE APARTMENT TO HOLD PART OF YOUR DEPOSITE!!! DURING 14 DAYS IN SPAIN I GAVE BETWEEN €100-€150 AS A TIPS IN RESTORANTS AND TAXI BECAUSE SPAIN FULL OF NICE PEOPLE, BUT THIS AGENCY TRYING TO CHARGE ME €25 FOR SOMETHING WE DIDN'T DO!!! IF THEY WOULD ASK US TO PAY FOR ALL THE BROKEN ITEMS IN THE APARTMENT BILL WOULD BE €5,000 HOPEFULLY BOOKING.COM WILL HELP ME TO SORT IT OUT AND GET MY DEPOSIT BACK IN FULL...

One of our apartments didn’t have air conditioning. Our door didn’t lock properly and the frame of the door was hanging off. The pool didn’t look particularly clean around the edges.

Not very much went well. We were given very poor instructions on where to check in. Once we had finally found the correct office, we were made to stand outside in 40+ degree heat for nearly an hour before anyone checked us in. The directions given to the apartment were very vague and so it took several attempts to find the right place. Once we got to the apartment, we found that there was no air conditioning, the apartment was very hot with one small fan to share between the two bedrooms and the lounge. There were no towels, no basic supplies like soap or toilet paper. If this is the case, the property should warn clients in advance. We were very disappointed. Would never stay there again
