Well - it is hard to say. The sea itself was good, but it is not because of the hotel.

Everything was of a poor quality. Location is awful, there is literally nothing around it. Quite poor and dirty location. Food is of a law quality and not tasty. Overcrowded and overpriced. Old and not clean.

I have to share the hard feelings after staying at the hotel We made the reservation through booking and it is important for us that we do not have a complaint about the conduct with them who tried to help in every way with the hotel We arrived at the hotel on July 30. The reservation was for 4 nights We have already accepted our request to shorten the stay from 5 nights to 4 or 3 nights booking was confirmed but the hotel refused Since then we have experienced disappointment 1. The hotel is located in front of the train station, a few meters away, terrible noise 2. The hotel is built from 3 wings, 2 new ones and one central old one, we were located in the old wing 1. Torn carpet with a musty smell in the hallway 2. An old mattress that we couldn't sleep on because of back pain 3. There is no current in the shower at all and the pipe is leaking 4. Black mold in the shower 5. The slides had mattresses full of mold 6. The slides crumble When we contacted booking again with a request to leave, they confirmed and tried to contact the hotel, but to no avail, the reception manager behaved rudely, ignored us and even made sure to reply with disrespect pipe is leaking 4. Bad service, unkind and disrespectful at the reception. We asked to leave because of the stinky smell of moldy urine and dust in the hallways, weak water flow in the shower, improper drainage in the showers, the noise of a train passing by and honking every few minutes.

This hotel really is a little paradise at the Costa Brava, in Pineda de Mar close to Barcelona. It offers a cool Aquapark, 3 outdoor swimming pools, very nice and well maintained hotel rooms, a super friendly and active animation team, delicious food and many different nationalities. Even though it's the peak season, everybody (staff and visitors) is friendly to each other and the atmosphere in the hotel is really nice. There is litterally something to do all day through for everyone; young, old, families, handicapped, etc. The animation team is very friendly and engages and entertains everyone.

Although we were bed and breakfast we ate there twice in the evening the food was very good. The pools were good giving options for activities or relaxation. Reception staff very friendly and helpful even to rude hotel guests.

There was a funny smell in the snack bar sometimes! It could get quite warm in the games room area.

The housekeeping entered my room with the do not disturb sign on the door, the internet and TV did not work. They charge a fee to replace your pool towel. They make you put down a deposit to get a towel. The pool/ water park opens too late and closes too early. The snack bar smelled because the bathrooms had a foul odor. I brought this to the staff attention and they did nothing and did not care.

The walls in the rooms are probably made of paper. You can hear everything from the next room as if it were part of your room. Snoring, talking, TV, etc. Very old hotel. Only a little has been renovated.

Great family hotel! Lots of activities and options, definitely the best hotel in the town!

We paid for a double bed room with balcony, however when we arrived it was two single beds pushed together. When I spoke with reception they said I was supposed to note my preference when booking however I had already done that and did not have a double bed as a result. It was still very comfortable but would have been nice to get what was paid for.

The amount of swimming pools

The pools were freezing cold , some of the staff were rude , unhelpful and unfriendly. One of the eateries , the food was awful. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable and the ac wasn’t very good

we loved everything about the hotel. The facilities were great, we couldn’t ask for anything more from a hotel stay

The hotel was very big, and the swimming pool was good. The location is very easy to get the tram to Barcelona or any other places around Costa Brava. Also, very close to the beach. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Too many UK people with bad behavior when they drink. Make me and my son very uncomfortable. The food at the restaurant we didn't like, the meat was not good. The service of the check in very slow and not efficient and also the service at the restaurant I was standing with my son to find a clean table and wasn't and nobody comes to help us. A lot of noise until 1am with the drunk people.

you must pay deposit for the safe case and they give you a tool in order to activate the safe case . when you leave, you need to return the tool to get your deposit back . I did it, but they also asked for the receipt, of course I didn’t know it because they didn’t tell me . and receptionist girl said me if you want you can go to room and check it. how can I know where it is. so I warn people about it . for very small amount, they shouldn’t do such things.
