Very nice and clean property, incredible location right in the center of Brugge, lots of restaurants and cafes around. Everything is in walking distance. Nice breakfast

Great location, friendly atmosphere.

No AC, you have to open window but it was kinda noisy especially due to all the horses passing by. There was a fan but it did not help much.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was nice and location of the hotel was great. Not too busy and close enough to walk to the main parts of Bruges.

The room was very basic. TV stopped working after day 1. At night we had a lot of mosquitoes in the room and we saw dead mosquitoes on the walls on the first day.

Location is perfect for a stay in brugge and its 10 min walking from the train station. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful.

There is no Air conditioning in the room and that means during summer u will have to open your windows so we recommend bringing anti-mosquito products/sprays since we couldnt sleep because of 'em Breakfast is very basic (some cheese and hams and bread plus fruits and cereal basicaly) we recommend skipping that and wake up late and go grab it in one of the bakeries nearby after 10 am

Staff were extremely helpful. we stayed with our little boy who is nearly one and they heated up the food we brought for him whenever we asked. travel cot was very comfy and ideal for baby. perfect location for exploring Bruges.

Room was a little on the small side for us, the baby, travel cot, stroller, suitcases etc but not a negative and it wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

The property was in an amazing location just short of 10 minute walk into the Markt square. Staff were amazing - friendly, welcoming and very helpful when asked questions about the local area. Breakfast was plentiful and kept us filled up for the morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and Thankyou Hotel Loreto for a fabulous stay in Bruges!

Hello, I can’t begin to explain the kindness that Liesbeth Keirsebilck from Team Hotel Loreto in Brugges, Belgium showed us. We stayed there for 2 days in October and are based in Netherlands. We left behind our daughter’s toy as it most probably slipped under the cot. This was my childhood toy so it had a lot of emotions attached to it. I emailed the hotel and they stayed in coordination. We received the toy within 15 days of her confirmation. They didn’t have to do this, but they did. The kindness warmed my heart. Great stay, amazing location and a host that takes proper care!

size of the rooms is slightly lesser than expected but nothing too worrisome.
