Ich finde das Schwimmbecken und finnische Sauna großartig.
Das Frühstück finde ich ein bißchen zu teuer. Dafür gibt es aber auch ohne Frühstücksbuchung eine Kaffeemaschine am Eingang.

Das Zimmer war mit Safe, Minibar, Klimaanlage und TV (sogar mit SKY) gut ausgestattet. Auch dass Bademäntel und Schwimmbadtücher im Zimmer lagen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die schalldichten Fenster ließen einen ruhigen Schlaf zu, auch wenn das Hotel direkt an einem Busbahnhof liegt. Was ein weiterer positiver Punkt war. Sehr bequem für den Transport der Koffer ab/bis Hauptbahnhof. Die Fußgängerzone bzw. das Paderquellgebiet sind nur einige Minuten entfernt, also in jedem Fall ein zentral gelegenes Hotel.
Sehr gut hat uns auch die überdachte Hotelterrasse in der 1. Etage gefallen, geschützt und doch luftig im Sommer.
Das angebotene Frühstücksbufett entsprach in seiner Auswahl leider nicht dem verlangten Preis.
Wurst- und Käseplatten sahen wie abgezählt aus und hätten, wie auch andere frische Lebensmittel (Obst) des Bufetts bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen besser vor Fruchtfliegen geschützt werden müssen.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und neu ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig gelegen (227 zum Innenhof). Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls top gepflegt und extrem sauber. Dafür 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Daumen hoch.
Leider spürt man den Fachkräftemangel auch im Hotel- und Gastronomiegewerbe. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg alle bemüht, stießen aber das eine oder andere Mal an ihre Grenzen, besonders beim Frühstücksbüffet war das zu erkennen.

Sauna und großes Schwimmbad in der 8.Etage.
Die Klimaanlage ist auf Sparflamme voreingestellt, erreicht nicht die von uns eingestellte Temperatur, einfach noch zu warm im Zimmer.
Im Gegensatz zum Empfang, dort läuft sehr gute Klimatisierung!

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kaffee, Tee und Mineralwasser kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer.
Der Ruheraum in der Sauna war zu klein und hatte nur 2 Liegen.

The room was beautiful and spacious with a luxurious bathroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay at the Arosa Friendly Smiling People. Unfortunately The Bar downstairs is restricted to Sundays only , But the Terrace setting is nice . The Bar has a more Cosy atmosphere.

The room was nice and clean but the "queen" sized bed turned out to be two twin beds with two separate twin-sized blankets. Had I known that would be the case, I would have booked a king.
The room was hot despite being advertised as having air conditioning; we could not get it cool enough (apparently AC is not really a thing in Germany). Also we only got to enjoy the pool once during our stay; the rest of the time it was closed for cleaning. That was disappointing because the rooftop pool was the whole reason we booked this particular hotel.

Good location and excellent spa area. Their burger from the room service menu was excellent.
No fitness studio, but I guess the swimming pool is big enough to swim laps if you want to. I still would’ve liked a basic fitness studio with a treadmill and some weights. Also the thermostat in my room was broken so it made a strange buzzing noise. I did inform the reception on check out and they were very friendly and apologetic.

Paderborn is one of the ugliest cities I have ever visited. no decent restaurant and the Indian Goa was by far the the worst Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at. we left after two bites of Chicken Massala and Duck

Ideal location for our business trip. Clean well appointed rooms with good facilities. Car parking on site which was an added bonus as we travelled from UK to Germany. English speaking staff ( better than my German) very polite and helpful
Breakfast but that is my issue as it was traditional German breakfast cold buffet. Probably a very healthy change. A very varied selection however and very well presented

Cigarette Smoke in the carpark stairway. Two flights of stairs to the carpark fill with smoke because the staff smoke at the exit at the top of the stairs.
Pillows. Some sort of latex, half filled, inflatable things. Horrid.

I've used The Arosa often as I rate it the best hotel in the area for value for money and Service, , Everyone was welcoming and helpful, if you haven't tried it yet I Reccemend Bar 38 , it's a cozy bar within the hotel serving drinks and a varied snacks menu. Due to a French railway strike I stayed an extra night which was simple to do.

There is no 24x7 room service and Bar on Ground floor has limited choice of drinks and bites.
This is from a perspective of a vegan / vegetarian…. They only have one option of a burger with fries and salad for vegetarians. They can include more options. The options for tea drinkers too is none, pls have Tea in your offering
