Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen, ruime kamer, zeer proper en vriendelijk personeel. De aanwezigheid van kunst en poëzie vergroten het plezier. Het is een aanrader

De ligging van dit hotel is echt perfect, in het hart van Luxemburg stad. Parkeergarage om de hoek.. Die is wel prijzig maar niet ongewoon geprijsd voor een hoofdstad. Inrichting van het hotel is smaakvol met veel lichte kleuren en mooie moderne kunst.
Tijdens ons verblijf werd er volop aan de voor- en zijgevel gewerkt. Ook op het balkon voor ons raam. Dit gaf naast geluidsoverlast ook een beperkt gevoel van privacy omdat de bouwvakkers zo bij ons binnen keken. Het was netjes geweest als het hotel dit gecommuniceerd had en er een compensatie tegenover gezet had in de vorm van een etentje of een flesje wijn o.i.d.. Gemiste kans.

Easy walking distance to the main tourist attractions in town
Nowhere to park to drop off your bags, you have to park in the public carpark next door, which means lugging your suitcases around.
Also only half the rooms have smart TVs, and ours didn't, so we just had free to air tv to watch.

As usual, room was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff helpful. This is my default choice for stays in Luxembourg city. The best value.
Not something the hotel can really do anything about, but it tends to be noisy in the mornings. Characteristic of central location - which is ideal for everything else.

Location in the middle of the centre, surrounded by bars, supermarket, bus-/ tramstation and much more.
Breakfast was a bit crowed, people had to wait for a spot (around 9AM).

Great location, staff were very friendly dogs allowed (for a fee). Lobby was very modern.
Room was pretty small and basic but comfortable. No parking on site but serveral parking garages in the neighbourhood

Great location, almost all the main tourist attractions of Luxembourg City can be reached within 5min by walk. Breakfast is not bad
No free water for refreshment, there’s no power plug at the sides of the bed, making it inconvenient to charge your mobiles

I had no lights when I returned to my room at midnight and the night manager wasn’t able to fix this, it was very disappointing considering the price for one nights stay which was compensated and I now have to put in an email complaint to recoup my money. very disappointing attitude from the hotel staff also.
the safe located in the room is also not attached to anything and you can simply pick it up and walk out with it. (anything but safe) again the staff didn’t seem to see this as an issue because it locked.
