Location was great, clean room and bathroom and staff from housekeeping to shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. Very kind staff.

The Europa Hotel was a great base to explore Lerici and the Cinquiterre. Very friendly helpful staff, a generous breakfast with a knock out view, fantastic air conditioning in the lobby and our room (July in Lerici is HOT). We had a side view which meant we had our own little terrace and a view of the harbour. Our room was quite small but very clean with a big comfortable bed, the bathroom was a good size and we had a walk-in wardrobe for clothes storage! We were grateful of the hotel shuttle bus back from the town, the great view comes with a steep climb back up the hill.

The hotel was amazing, one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Our bedroom was huge, very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and food was wonderful. Would highly recommend to others!

I asked for a balcony and they accommodated me with no extra charge. And what a balcony with a view! I’m actually sitting out on the balcony writing this review while drinking coffee. This is one of the prettiest places we’ve been. We haven’t had breakfast yet so I can’t rate that. Everything has been great. Last night thunderstorms, today beautiful out. The hotel sits above the citi and port. The staff is wonderful. And aside from the balcony & view, the best thing is they have a shuttle service which is very convenient. They also have free parking and umbrellas as you walk out into the rain.

This place is wonderful. I wish we could stay longer.

This hotel was truly exceptional. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The bed was VERY comfortable. The view from our window looked like a postcard overlooking the town of Lerici and the bay with all of the boats. Stunning. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that we have had - fresh, homemade, beautifully presented, varied and delicious. We ate breakfast outdoors overlooking the whole town. There is a free shuttle into town making it very easy to get to dinner and/or the ferry to Cinque Terre. Parking is included.
