Unsere Vermieterin Carolina hat uns super herzlich empfangen und uns viele Infos rund um unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.
Tolle, sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit top Ausstattung! Super Lage Nähe der Altstadt von Malcesine. Guter Privatparkplatz gleich in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, aber hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da alles andere so toll war.

Posizione ottimale, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi. Gestori molto disponibili e propositivi anche nelle indicazioni sulle attività da fare con il nostro bimbo. Ci è stato consentito di utilizzare il parcheggio gratuitamente anche oltre l'orario del check-out, in questo modo siamo riusciti a sfruttare bene anche l'ultima giornata, andando a prendere la funivia per il Monte Baldo, molto vicina, risparmiando tempo e denaro nella ricerca di un ulteriore parcheggio. Ha un bel bar al piano terra e inoltre gestiscono anche una rivendita/noleggio biciclette che con più tempo avrei utilizzato volentieri.
Basta attraversare la strada principale e si è in zona pedonale di Malcesine.
Nulla di particolare da segnalare, forse a voler proprio trovare qualcosa, non sono presenti bagno-schiuma/shampo ma solo sapone da mani, ma basta saperlo e portarseli da casa, inoltre il parcheggio è a poche centinaia di metri pertanto bisogna scaricare i bagagli e poi andare a parcheggiare e viceversa al contrario.

We had the best stay at Gardesana Active Apartments! We loved the view from the balcony so much that we rather made food and ate on the balcony than going out to a restaurant for dinner. The kitchen facilities were really great for this as well. The hosts were so friendly, kind, and helpful. The fact that you can use the bicycles for free was amazing! It's the most beautiful cycle along the promenade. Malcesine is such a lovely place to visit. All in all, very really loved this place, wish we stayed longer.

The apartment is very modern and clean, with great views of the lake and the castle. It is located in the center of Malcesine, close to the bus station and supermarket. The lakefront with restaurants and bars is in a 3 minute walk. Free parking is offered. The host, Carolina and her son Federico, are very welcoming and friendly and provided great tips for exploring the area.

property is on the main road so traffic noise has been starting 6.30 am . Bad was so noisy as well. when you turn from left to right you wake up .

The apartment was modern, clean and had Stunning views out every window. Free use of the bicycle was fabulous. The host Caroline was so welcoming and helpful 😊 And the apartment was in the center of Malcesine.

The location was excellent. Short distance to grocery stores and and a bakery. There was 2 places with a block to eat breakfast if you choose. A short walk down to the lake and the use of bicycles if you wanted, for free. Carolina, the host, was very pleasent and helpful on check in.

Great location on the edge of the old town. Good parking facilities close by and a cafe on the ground floor. Nice bikes to take out if you wish. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Could have done with an extra pillow.

Perfect location to leave the car parked and walk around Malcesine. Cable car - 5 munutes. Castle, shops & restaurants - less than 5 minutes.

Close to the bus stop in Malcesine, and close to the city. It was clean and fresh.
The apartment had two balconies facing the Garda lake, but the noisy main road next to it made them useless. We were told by the owner at checkin that we could get in touch by SMS for any questions, but when we did, we got no reply. There was 1 small roll of toilet paper, 1 cloth in the kitchen (and she made it clear that she expected the kitchen to be clean when we left). Staying there for 3 nights we expected more.

Great view from the balcony! The room was modern, comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped! The location was good - old town is right across the street (2 min walk). Free bike rental! Friendly and helpful host.
Only a thin sheet was provided as blanket.

Everything was nice and tidy. Very very clean. The big terrace was superb! Close to the centre of Malcesine, close to the beach. We will sure visit again!
A bit noisy main road, but thats the price of living in the heart of the town.

Perfect location in the very center of beautiful town Malcesine. Spacious apartment comes with a kitchen, WC and a bedroom. Oh and two balconies with stunning views of Monte Baldo. Carolina, the host, is a very nice and helpful person. Truely recommend. Thanks again Carolina.

Very central location - we are a family of four and stayed in the ‘Trekking’ apartment which worked well as we had a balcony front and back.
Carolina was a lovely host and always on hand to help - even at 6am when we rang to say the storm had cut al power so we couldn’t get the car out of the parking for the airport l - but she came to the rescue !
