Pessimo isolamento acustico: rumori costanti dal corridoio e dalle camere adiacenti

Bagno datato e scarsa dotazione di cortesia (solo shampoo-doccia base, mancanza di altri prodotti essenziali)
Servizio clienti insufficiente (nessuna verifica della soddisfazione al check-out)
La struttura, pubblicizzata come hotel 4 stelle, non mantiene le aspettative create dalle foto. L'elemento più critico è l'isolamento acustico praticamente inesistente, che compromette seriamente la qualità del riposo: si sente distintamente ogni rumore dal corridoio e dalle camere vicine.
La camera necessita di manutenzione, con evidenti problemi strutturali come i danni alla porta. Il bagno, oltre ad essere datato, offre una dotazione di cortesia minima, ben al di sotto dello standard atteso per la categoria e viste in foto.
Non consiglierei questa struttura e non prevedo di tornarci in futuro. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è inadeguato per un hotel che si presenta come 4 stelle.

Breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is next door to a mall containing a grocery store and several modest restaurants. Meals are convenient for business travelers.
The microwave in Room 600 is broken. The hotel is a maze built in several different buildings over time, The parking is ample, but there is a walk to get to the back lot after the fantastic breakfast.

Room was big and clean, so was the bathroom. Hotel looks relatively new and modern equiped. Breakfast very rich and diverse, from cold to warm dishes, yoghurt, cakes and fruit.
Bus station is in front of the hotel, tickets can be bought at the reception, to the centre of Vicenza is about 15 - 20 minutes ride. Next to the hotel is shopping centre.

The breakfast was amazing! Pool was very large and our family had so much fun! The property is right next to a huge shopping mall and we were able to get snacks, shop, and get to experience Italy with comfort by staying at this hotel! i recommend the family suite for families!!
booking.com did not post the photos of the actual rooms we were booking. I recommend if you’re booking for multiple families not to book together, but book separately so you see the exact room you’re getting instead of combining them. The property was very accommodating to us wanting to change our room to a larger room. They were so helpful to get us what we were wanting.

Amazing breakfast lovely staff, really nice pool,
Location was tricky with festival day and Sunday meaning less buses and taxis available to get to and from Vicenza.
The lifeguards at the pool sometimes seemed a little fussy about our children in playing in the pool. The showers in the rooms were surrounded by glass visible in the room meaning there was no privacy for my sons to shower while there was anyone else in the whole room.. this was difficult.

Was great had everything you expected and more, the food was all fresh.

Very nice people, great location. Breakfast was very diverse, coffe average, orange juice average. But a large variety of cereal, sweets, hot and cold salted products (ham, bacon, sausage, boliled eggs, omlete, cheese, yougurt...). The rooms have hard floors and not carpet - so great if traveling with kids, dogs and people with asthma.
Our toilet was dirty when we arrived in the room. Toilet seat yellow from time (but with serious cleaning this never happenes, so ...no comment). Huge dust under the beds!!!
If it weren´t for this, or if this improves we would definetly go back!

The rooms with a kitchen (if you can call it that) were a dump. The fridge didn’t close, there was no coffee maker, and the stove didn’t get warm enough to boil water. The shower was tiny and floods and there’s no dresser. The couch had no cover on it, so it was a sheet laying over the worn foam. Terrible room and outdated from the 80s.
The restaurant was excellent, Al Company. Fortunately, you can go there without staying.
