Staff very helpful in storing our bicycles. Room had a wonderful view of the harbour. Room was clean and everything worked.

The check in procedure was unnecessarily long. My wife and I have been staying in accommodation all along the coast and your process took by far the longest. This resulted in queuing at reception. Also our room smelled of cigarettes likely due to the previous occupants smoking on the balcony. Given your hotel is non smoking this was both unexpected and horrible.

Breakfast wasn't great, just ok.

All was good. Clean room with balcony, good breakfast, small cool swimming pool, friendly helpful and honest staff (long story.., and big respect for Vanessa).

It's a good hotel but more for families rather than couples. there are a lot of family + kids activities. We felt a bit out of place there :/

The pool is not as big as pictured in the photos. Its a small pool and on a sunny day impossible to get in.

No restaurant at the hotel we booked was closed so transferred to another with no evening or lunch time restaurant also parking was at original hotel no far but with temporary disability could have done with out walk although only short
