Ottima posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione, al mare, ai supermercati. Due passi dal centro storico. Nel monolocale si trova di tutto e anche silenzio.

We had two studios, one for us as a mature couple that overlooked the gardens and my adult daughter had a very nice balcony apartment at the side that was very suited to her needs. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were so pleased with the accommodation and its location that we stayed an additional two nights. Highly recommended as a budget option in the centre of Menton, close to the lovely beach and its bars and the shopping areas with some good places for pizza and a cool beer at reasonable prices. The underground car park at 9 Euros per night was a real bonus as was the lift to the accommodation. Do learn the codes though! Head room 1.83 m for those of you with SUVs and our Range Rover Freelander fitted in well. It also proved a good base to visit Italy being only a ten minute walk from the station.

Good location, staff were helpful
The €200 deposit they don't release still after 25 days, having to put the bedsheets on and pretty much clean the apartment yourself before leaving, I guess it reflects in the price.

The position was great.
The neighbours on top kept us awake until 4 am. They never stopped tapping on the floor. There is no or little insulation between floors. The studio apartment is extremely claustrophobic.

Exceptional location! Nice terrace with a park view. Friendly stuff at the reception. Possibility of parking in the underground parking.
-Dirty floor. After 15 min. in the room soles of our feet turned dark.
-Although, I wrote, that I'd like to reserve a parking place, on our arrival, there were no parking places available. Maybe I misunderstood something from the confirmation letter. After couple of days, the nice lady at the reception find the place for our car :-)

Best location in Menton, 1 block from the beach, easy walk to the train station, within 10 minutes in Monaco. I definitely recommend staying here.

Location was good
Not what I was expecting. I expected a three bed apartment and got two bunk beds and a sofa bed that wouldn't open properly.With no staff on after hours this could not be resolved.Beds had to be made up.I had a problem locking and unlocking my door which could not be resolved.There was an over complicated code system for the gate, front door and even the lift with different codes for each.

I am vegetarian so that is why I prefer to stay in apartment hotels and cook fresh food for myself. The kitchen was very well stocked and immaculately clean.
That the sheets are laid ontop of the unmade bed and you have to make the beds yourself after a long journey is exhausting, I am sorry to say. The pull out beds are very, very difficult to manage.
