Location and rooms

Very clean room, very nice bed. connecting rooms for the kids. Very good breakfast although a bit expensive. Shower was a sort of massage device

at check in and out, staff was unaware of connecting door. 3 invoices were needed before everything was correct. Ranging from 97eur to over 200eur

the location was alright. the staff was polite and friendly

the rooms don’t have any ceiling lights. it was too dark to work too dark to look for anything in the suitcase.

The breakfast. The hotel is not vegan friendly and as a vegan it was quite impossible to have good breakfast. In fact there were no vegetables except some cucumbers.

Very friendly staff and a nice and modern lounge area. The rooms are contemporary. Parking is easy. Next to the (small) city center of Neckarsulm. Quiet. Easy online check-in and long reception time for late arrivals.

I would appreciate a single linen when rooms are used as a double room, so the gap between the two single beds doesn't form.

The Hotel is in a good location with a few good restaurants just yards away as well as the train station. Breakfast was OK - typical continental with additional hot food but it did seem quite pricey at 16 Eu each. It was as clean and true to the photos. The cleaning ladies were lovely and very friendly . All in all a lovely hotel. Would stay again

It might have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room.

Very nice and modern hotel, friendly and helpful stuff, perfect breakfast, I can only recommend 😊

The hotel is horrible, with a very old and dirty moquette in the room, very bad smell. During the night I was bitten by bed bugs. Horrible experience. Be aware that there is public parking place cheaper than the parking offered by the hotel.
