Hotel Dinner was great - Staff brilliant and super helpful.
No Iron or Ironing board in hotel room...took 20 minutes to get one from reception and Iron Only no ironing board. Difficult to travel for business without having to re-iron clothes before meetings
The TV casting facility did not work. I could hook up to the rooms dedicted wifi network, but the casting facility (using Chromecast) was not functional. I am pretty good at this sort of hook-up and use it all the time in many hotels, so I think it was a genuine problem with the functionality of the hardware.

Large rooms with a large balcony. Very good bathroom in the room. Sauna. Beautiful terrace with a view over the lake. Very kind staff.
The cigarettes smoke smell everywhere even in non-smoking rooms. The restaurant is very expensive.

Beautiful location facing Lake Constance. Very relaxing and complete SPA.
Very good breakfast with a variety of options.
The personnel was very courteous and the service was top-notch.
Uncomfotable bed and pillows (we had to ask them for better pillows, but it was still uncomfortable)
Our room must have been somewhere near an exhaust vent as the room as constantly smelling of fried fish!
The restaurant food wasn't great either, especially given the price but the service remained of good quality.

amazing location at the lakeside, great sauna and spa, can swim in the lake and very good cuisine.
it's a pity to use the nice space upstairs for the smoking lounge - it could have a better use :)

Super comfortable beds, very clean and beautiful, great sauna with a lake view, can jump into the lake to cool down. Excellent kitchen, and very attentive staff. Easy to reach with a train. Highly recommended! We will come back 😊

The location, the facilities, and the room were terrific! The staff was super friendly too! Overall a great stay and I will come back in 2023.

It is a real luxury hotel . Spectacular view to the lake. High level spa. Spacious, very clean rooms.

The rooms are awesome, pool and jacuzzi too. The beds are very comfy and the outside terrace is great. Breakfast is WOW.
The staff is nice and smiling, but not really helpful when needed.

Location is a dream - right by the lake. The spa, hot tub and private lake access were fantastic. All staff were very friendly and the bike parking is superb (separate area in parking garage, with locked door).
The room was generally comfortable, and the views over the lake are simply amazing. Very relaxing.
Very expensive, you pay well for the luxury. Restaurant was fully booked (staff did recommend booking), and the staff treated me like a problem when I asked if there was a free table for one. The bar menu is limited.
Full down duvets and pillows in the middle of summer? Worst pillow of my trip - had a terrible nights sleep.
My room was overlooking the road which is loud, and the rooms can be quite warm.

Next to the lake, love the sauna and pool facility, dining next to the lake with friendly proactive staff was great.
The pillow was too soft, give no support to the neck, I have neck pain next morning.
