A Fun place - a mixture between Hotel and Hostel - old Belle Epoque Hotel with charm - we loved the cats Lisi and Lini as well as the big friendly Dog - nice Coffee in the morning it is nice to find a place with a reasonable price for single rooms - this Hotel is unique

Well honestly the hotel needs some renovation however - we understand that after the difficult time with Corona it needs some time to catch up

View from the room was great.

Staff were very rude. They seem to be understaffed and are very rude in the response. I put 5 CHF in the table football and got 2 games instead of 3 games. When I asked about it their answer is "What can I do, you might have pressed more times". They didn't replace toilet rolls, but I wasn't sure whether they will replace on request in the night, so actually bought them just in case if they don't replace it. Room is big but the bathroom is old and was leaking.

Rooms are spacious

Two night stay but internet didn’t work for 90% of time. Despite raising with front desk they did nothing. Tv didn’t work either. Staff hardly responds.

Room and view were incredible. Beds were a little uncomfortable but we were so tired from our long days that it didn't matter.

very loud event at night, we couldn’t sleep at all and the music and vibration won’t stop until we went down to complain, at 12:30am.
