Nos agenciaron una habitación con fuerte olor a sumidero y al comentarlo, no nos ofrecieron alternativa. Muy descontentas, una habitación así no se ofrece, y menos al mismo coste.
Camas amplias, pero incómodas.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Vistas muy bonitas. El diseño del hotel es espectacular.
Por hacer algún comentario recomendaría que a la salida del parking pusieran un buzón para que se pueda dejar la llave del hotel sin tener que acercarse a recepción.

We chose the location for walking, and there are some great trails in the valley. The town itself seems to be on the up after a downturn with a varied and interesting food offer. It is not far to visit the wine growing areas of La Rioja.
Out of season so no option to eat in the restaurant in the evening. Breakfast cakes could have been fresher.... Poor tourist office in the town in terms of opening hours and information, given Ezcaray is supposed to offer a range of outdoor experiences.

Welcoming staff, but felt sorry that she was only one on duty to deal with reception, bar and serving tables, however done with a smile. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was good, but additional plates on serving table would have helped if one wanted to go from savoury to sweet, eg tomato and garlic, followed by fresh fruit, also additional cutlery would have been useful. The only other complaint was that we could not make the air conditioning unit to work, therefore a little warm.

This was a beautifully restored hotel in a pretty village which we approached via a lovely tree lined avenue.
The room was lovely, bed comfortable and bed linen and towels really nice quality.
We had a great view from our room of the fabulous sandstone church
Perfect secure under ground parking for our motorbike
The staff were very helpful, pleasant and welcoming
Breakfast was good, the usual spread with some added cakes and sweet treats.
Nice garden/terrace area with cover of needed
The small town is a ski resort town in the winter and has a number of bars and restaurants

Everything, the staff was great. The place is nice and with many details for their guests. Breakfast was amazing.

Everything 😄.Hotel in a good position. Lovely big room and comfy bed ..The Hotel receptionist couldn't do enough. It was our Anniversary and she bought us a special sweet when we had our evening meal.All the staff attentive .Pet friendly🐕. Will return

This was a stop on a bike tour and was the perfect location in town to relax and be in the center of town so we didn’t need to travel any further. The facilities were very nice and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Excellent location if you're touring the Sierra de Cebollera. Secure parking, clean and neat, friendly staff.

There is very little not to like about this property. The staff however stand out as absolute gems. We did both really enjoy our time here and would be more then happy to recommend this hotel.
