El personal muy atento. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia.
Lo peor es que para poder pasear tienes que cojer el coche para todo, pero merece la pena.

La vue est magnifique et les petits déjeuners très copieux avec un large choix. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, je déconseillerais cet hôtel car il y a du dénivelé pour rejoindre les chambres/apparts.
L' oreiller un peu trop dur à mon goût ;-)

La vue sur la baie est magnifique. L’environnement est parfaitement calme.
Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux.
La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien dans la chambre.

Dieses Hotel leistet einen super Service ,Frühstück mega lecker und Abendessen klein,aber fein mit herrlicher Aussicht auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer .Das Personal ist das freundlichste Personal, das ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe . Das Hotel ist eine Oase und die Atmospäre ist wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder !!!!!

La vue de notre chambre était vraiment exceptionnelle et le personnel aux petits soins, toujours disponible et serviable.
La chambre et ses équipements étaient ultra confortables et vraiment de très bonne qualité !
L’hôtel est parfaitement situé sur l’île pour pouvoir tout visiter.
Si je devais revenir sur l’île, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel !

Si il faut vraiment dire quelque chose, un peu plus de mets traditionnels grecs au petit déjeuner pourrait être un vrai plus !

Staff was very nice, they tried to fix the issue in several occasions with unfortunately no success. The views are amazing and the breakfast was delicious
There was a bad smell from the pipes that ruined which could have been a perfect stay

- Nice location with a lot of beach bars around it
- they have a nice swimming pool with an awesome view
- there’s a lot of supermarkets nearby
- the bed in 1 room had bed bugs on it (under the pillow) & mattress. The cleaning lady and the receptionist kept insisting that those are flies which was so doubtful given the location the bugs where.

I loved the pool with plenty of sun loungers and shade for everyone. Breakfast was delicious, and overlooked the gorgeous views. All of the staff were very friendly and helped me to organise a tour, as well as still use the pool on my last day after check out, as well as have a shower. The room was comfortable and simple. I would love to go back here and definitely recommend Pantokrator for anyone.
More of an FYI - the property is located on a hill, so the pool / common area are at the lowest point and rooms are behind. It can be a steep walk up but definitely doable, or handy to have a car.

Breakfast was pretty much good. There is different kind of food, so everyone can have what he/she prefers. Swiming pool is the best thing with this hotel, there is enough space around pool, it is pleasure to rest here.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Fantastic views. Close to Barbati beach, which I loved.
The buffet only option at breakfast was ok. But for lunch you could only order frozen pizzas, burgers etc from the poolside bar which weren't great. Then, in the evening, it was buffet only again. Tbh, you're better walking down to Barbati in the evening where you can eat more cheaply in nicer places.

the rooms don't have a sea view at all even though all room options look like they have. there is a toilet smell in the rooms. sometimes I got the smell when I was walking outside.

A beautiful location with lovely ocean views to match. My stay here was peaceful and relaxing with an amazing pool overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was great. The hotel itself wasn't far from restaurants by foot. The bus stopped directly at the bottom of the driveway to take you to nearby towns.
There is a rather steep driveway to access the hotel.

The view from the terace was perfect.
The location of the hotel too. Barbati beach is near the hotel, and it is great if you don't want to go far from hotel.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff were delightful and the facilities were stunning. The view from the pool is breathtaking. We will definitely come again!
Our room was high up the mountain so the walk up and back was exceptionally steep!

Good breakfast
We arrived 5 minutes too late for dinner. We had warned the hotel of our delay. The cold buffet that was provided was dreadful. Although the staff tried to help when we complained, it was disappointing that more effort or thought was not put into making sure we were happy.

I paid a superior room, but i didnt recieve the room from the photos here in booking. In short, i didnt recieve that what i paid for.

the facilities & the friendliness of staff
we had to keep asking for towels(we were a family of 3 but only 2 towels were provided),we had to also ask for shampoo & shower gel.
I have also asked for coffee & tea sachets but they were never topped up.No milk available for the hot drinks in the room.
They don’t clean & tidy up the room daily,they just change the towels.
We were charged for the pool bar when we didn’t used it even once.

Amazing views! The location was perfect. Modern rooms, lovely pool, close to the beach and some nice bars and restaurants.
