Nichole at the desk was extremely helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly. The location was lovely overlooking the water and we received a room with a lovely view of the lake.

Our biggest gripe and this is occurring not just at this hotel - turning off the air conditioning on an arbitrary date because technically it is “no longer summer”. It was the hottest Autumn in years, and the rooms were hot and stuffy and we couldn’t use air con because they’d turned it off. If we opened the windows we couldn’t sleep due to the traffic noise and people below. If a hotel advertises air conditioning they should honour that. We were given a fan but all that does is circulate hot air if the windows are closed.

Location was excellent. Room was a good size and nice and clean. Air conditioning could have been colder, but it was 38°C outside! Good choice of breakfast, friendly staff and both evening meals we had in the restaurant were delicious.

Lovely building in a perfect location near the ferry but on a quieter stretch of the lakeside path. Excellent restaurant and friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic location and reception staff. Waiting staff maybe too interested in image over “service”- hard to criticise Reception staff amazing - both young girl and older German lady….

Having spent an evening, pre dinner, dinner, post dinner with super attentive staff- the same waiter- less than 10 hrs later at breakfast needed to check if we were resident…. and he had been tipped for dinner😂 but it is nit picking on a great stay.

Breakfast was first class. Lots of choice and food very fresh. The room was a delight. Very nicely decorated and needs thought of well,. Excellent mini bar and useful coffee machine which was easy to operate.

Not a lot. If I had any queries the staff were able to resolve them. i.e. changing TV channel, working of coffee machine.

The hotel was great, and the staff were very friendly and super helpful! :) Before and during my stay they communicated very well answering any questions that I had. Once we had arrived we had the option for an upgrade for a small fee, which meant we had a lake view room. WORTH IT!! The views were stunning from the room, it was very clean, we had everything we needed, and later we slept very well! I can also recommend the restaurant which is attached to the hotel. We had lunch once there and breakfast during our stay (which had a great selection). Laying directly on the lake front it was great to just sit, enjoy the atmosphere and tasty food that was served.

One improvement I would suggest for the room, would be to offer a floor length mirror!

Small hotel with excellent location directly to the lake. Staff know each individual guest and treats everyone as their most important guest. All technical facilities are of modern and high standard without compromising the atmosphere of an old luxurious boutique hotel with a stringent elegant design.

Wonderful hotel just in front of the lake by the pedestrian area that has many bars and restaurants, the hotel restaurant was very good. Good sized room, comfortable beds and nice bathroom, Breakfast was truly great !

We stayed 3 nights at La Vittoria. It is a nice hotel located directly at the promanade at the lake. The rooms are very stylish and clean and offer great view at the lake (choose the one with the view😉). 50m from the hotel there is a good public parking so no problem in leaving your car there.

The major downside of the hotel is an overpriced and very average restaurant and very simple breakfast. If you gonn’a choose this hotel I would rather skip the restaurant and breakfast and go to other place. The restaurant which is amazing an located 10min drive from the jotel is Tratoria da Nanni run by rhe family for 3 generations which we have visited twice during our stay.
