The staff was very friendly and made dinner reservations for me and the location and proximity to the lake was Great!

It's more like what i didn't enjoy was the key ring was solid brass and hard to handle while attempting to unlock and lock doors.

Super friendly staff, loved the pool and the place for sports activities (beach volley, basketball, tennis, bowling…). Breakfast was great and also the view in the evenings, the sunset near the lake was beautiful! Restaurant is close and I recommend visiting a romantic small village with lake view: Monte del Lago (Fattoria Luca Palombaro). Perfect!

There was nothing about this hotel that I liked.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! I am writing this review to warn other, especially families, on the very poor quality of this hotel to the point where it is actually dangerous to both your health and life. On arrival we were given the room directly above the reception with a balcony view of the car park. The room looked like something from a 1970’s hostel and also smelt like one. We were offered an small upgrade which was marginally better until…… we switched on the air conditioning unit. It was so loud you had to talk with raised voices and it never actually cooled the room at all. To top this off, the mezzanine children’s beds had a bulb missing from the light directly above the bed and was live mains voltage when switched on (which I have pictures of). After raising our concerns and not wanting to sty our second night, we were met with a shrug of the shoulders from the hotel staff who refused a refund for our second night. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Location and being able to have the outdoors feeling , close to the lake , surrounded by trees !! pool was nice !!

No towels available at pool area , had to bring our own , AC didn’t work, we informed staff and they promised that they were going to do something about it and never did,, had to use wet rags throughout the room to help with being so hot!!was very rough trying to sleep with my family, i’m glad we only stayed 1 night!!

nice pool, I stayed there outside of high season, so the resort was almost empty - the staff was super nice (especially the girl who recommended me restaurants and checked me out also - didnt get her name), the beach on the like that belongs to the hotel is about 300 meters from the hotel (easy walking distance), unfortunately the lake was in bad condition, so swimming in the lake was not an option - but you have two pools, a really nice garden - would have loved to stay longer!

its not a new resort, which you can tell, but the price for the stay was perfect for what I got
