At the center of the town. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking in the hotel. We had a small terrasse just for us (room 308). Confortable bed.

The breakfast was superb! My kids never eat breakfast but during this stay they sure did! Everything was fresh and staff so good. Helpful staff in reception and restaurang/bar, loved the pool and bar, we will def come back such a quiet place but near to everything.

Location was perfect and parking garage on site well managed. Pool area well appointed despite being in town centre.

Wifi did not work and reception staff could have been more helpful.

The breakfast was very good and varied

It was a perfect choice for a family with children. Children had a separate bedroom with 2 beds. Very clean. Bathroom is well equipped and there are a lot of towels. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good and also the rest of facilitites are well maintained. The room was quite, also you can hear some noises from neighbour rooms

Staff closes swimming pool quite early. We didn't have a chance to use it, but honestly it was too cold anyway for a pool

We stayed in a Delux room which was comfortable. The hotel has a very nice terrace for drinks or dinner and nice pool area. Its in a good location as the town centre is where all the buzz is.

The tv didn’t work No channels , you expect that for 260 a night you get at least a discount for the big disconfort but not only was not reported in the morning but they charged me the water as well. Big no no for a 4 stars hotel

The hotel in the center and supermarket and not far from ferry Boat.

1. The room was next to the terrace and at midnight the staff was moving extremely loud the tables 2. at check in, the room was not clean. We found an used mask and a shoes of a baby. 3. I found a small hair in the fruits at breakfast 4. The value per night is not according to a 4 stars hotel 5. Elevator was coming extremely slow

We stay here most years - the staff are great and the location is the best - right in the heart of the old town. The pool and restaurant are excellent, breakfast is OK but limited but overall we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chiavari

Our only issue is always the soundproofing of the walls - noisy neighbours do occasionally disturb us

Reception steff could be more professional and tide. Some of them looks like just woke up. some very proactive but with desperate need of training...too young and too in a hurry..! :)
