The resort was good and clean

The food wasn't so rich....a lot of salads but not so much meat...plus no cocktails just vodka,gin,wine and fizzy drinks from the tap machine....i'm dissapointed about the drinks...

The Receptionist was very very good and very polite, little healthy I really forgot her name

Kids' facilities: Water park, playground, cinema, ping-pong

Absolutely tasteless food!!! Poor variety of food in general and especially poor choice of fruits. Very poor breakfast with no egg station. Are you really 4 star hotel??? Staff at the bar was mocking tourist who were at least twice of their age for the fact they were drinking spirits. Seriously? It was so disgusting. Staff must be given a proper training!!! We stayed at the end of October and expected pool water to be heated, but it was freezing cold.

We had a pleasant stay! The room was clean and the stuff was polite.

The food wasn't that great! There was no proper meat and the chicken was tasteless. It is a place for family and children, definitely not for a couple.

The bedroom didn't have a aircon The bedsheets and towels only get changed every 3days

I liked the most very friendly staff. They were all the time ready to help you if needed and they were talking to you realy nice. They paid attention to the children and often they were talking with them. Food was good.

The numbers for pool chairs was not enough. Each morning I had to wake up at 6 o'clock to reserve a char or two.

It was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Beach is like 500m from hotel and its not pleasant to walk to it or from it on 40°c.

The building was new. The beach was close enough.

The staff was rude, regarding we didn't speak Russian, we have been ignored during our stay, and nobody gave information about the Hotel. For example, we found out only on the last day, that the cleaning is every third day only. The staff was expecting the tips. Once the housekeeper asked my 16 years old daughter, if I left some money for her. On one of the excursion we bought a CD with the videos and pictures, they left it on the reception. The reception lost it. I had to go after to receive it one more time. The Hotel refused to keep it for me again, so I had to go to meet the staff from the excursion and take it from them, to make sure it won't be lost. Excuse me? We were 8 of us, I booked 3 rooms. They had only 2 rooms for us, and insisted, they doesn't have one more, and I'm stupid, I booked only 2. When I showed my reservations, they had a 20 minutes meeting, before we received the keys. They never apologized, and made me feel guilty.
