Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis der Extraklasse. Das Hotel wirkt von außen relativ klein, hat aber innen sehr viel zu bieten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auf den Gast ausgerichtet, sie sprechen dazu viele Sprachen. Das Restaurant bietet ein wunderbares Abendessen und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist sehr gut und reichhaltig, alles ist absolut frisch. Im Spa Bereich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, er ist größer als erwartet.
Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Das Haus ist schön und traditionell ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Spa ist sehr einladend und das Wasser in dem schönen Pool ist warm. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Super Lage in einem Park mitten in Stettin. Wenige Gehminuten zu den Oderterrassen und in die Stadt.
Schöner Innenhof zum Entspannen.
Leider war das Restaurant aufgrund eines Seminars geschlossen.
Das war das Einzige, was nicht passte.

Bed very hard, shower very tiny, room itself tiny, toilet was broken, curtains could not be closed properly. Could use a renovation. Too expensive for quality you get.

Very cool pool & spa facilities; excellent breakfast; beautiful setting in the park. Helpful staff and pet friendly. Really relaxing athmosphere; personal, authentic but also professional.

The location is perfect in the center of the town and yet quiet. The perfect place to start exploring the city. The hotel is full of charm with an incredibly helpful staff. The breakfast is fabulous, and the dinner exquisite. The swimming pool and finnish and dampf sauna are open all day until 10pm, clean and not overcrowded. 100 percent satisfaction!

The restaurant is tops. All the dishes we had were cooked to perfection and artistically arranged on the plate. Breakfast was also very good although it would be better to have a coffee machine instead of having the help bring each individual cup of coffee to the table. The jams were exquisite and the bread was good too. Lots of fruit on the buffet but no müsli.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. In addition the hotel itself was very clean, the check-in and checkout was exceedingly efficient and the morning buffet was good.

The location is very good, close to the river and the city centre. The swimming pool was nice and the spa too. The room was comfortable and quiet.
I would recommend a coffee machine for breakfast so you do not have to ask the staff for coffee all the time. Staff is polite, will answer your questions but do not expect longer sentences like: "Welcome to the hotel", "How are you today", "Are you enjoying your stay" etc.

The carpets! I feel like they could do with a refresh. Everything else was great, but the carpets were very tired.

Best hotel in Szczecin, at least if you travel by car. It's like having your own mansion in the middle of town. Quiet and comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. Nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Free parking. Surrounded by a beautiful park. The castle is just a short walk away.
Leaving the hotel. I miss the pancakes, the honeycomb, and the morning swim in the pool. Nothing else to complain about, really. Everything was fine. A truly nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. We will be back.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed on. Highly recommendable for others.
The room are extremely well cleaned! Breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant serves delicious food in great sized portions.
I'll for sure come back - even as a private guest.
Parking is good, but can be caotic. It could maybe be optimized. But that is the ONLY thing I think can of, that can be improved :)
