Pet friendly , food was amazing and service is excellent . The gorgeous view is impeccable .

Nothing , just some people staying next door sometimes they were inconsiderate and just slamming doors thinking everyone will be awake same time 😫

1. The location was magnificent, with many beautiful walks - both short and long - accessible from the door. 2. The food was among the best we've ever had at a pub or hotel. 3. All the staff (including house-keeping staff and gardeners) were friendly and helpful.

Really nice and comfy hotel. Very traditional. Great restaurant with good food. Dog friendly, nice rooms and a beautiful area around the hotel. Quite some lovely walks which we really loved. And very helpful working staff!

Plenty car parking available....very friendly reception on arrival and leaving . The food was fantastic as were the staff very friendly place to stay Even as a dog friendly place there was no hint of that ,"doggy odour" very clean

Only dislike was my own error not noting was a dog friendly.... as a nervous dog person however, all was well as was very well organised and strict dog rules were in place..therefore, no worries after while ..even though this is a dislike for myself just wanted to say as a nervous dog person it didn't ruin my stay 😁

Great staff and warm welcome. Clean room throughout. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with good choice and variations. Restaurant was well staffed and woodburners buring well for warmth. Candles burning for a traditional feel. Locals appear to drink and dine here also. Very pet friendly with sausage for dogs at breakfast! Will difinatly be returning for a peaceful, tranquile stay. idyllic location, friendly staff.

Quality of food served in the Inn was excellent. We found the Inn comfortable, warm and welcoming. It is in a great location for walks on Exmoor or for sections of the coastal path.
