Het Regente Palace Hotel is een criminele organisatie in combinatie met Booking.com. Ik twee kamers geboekt, een voor mezelf en een voor een stel met een baby, jonger dan één jaar. Tijdens ons verblijf kwamen we erachter dat er niet twee maar drie kamers voor ons waren gereserveerd. Wij hebben hierover gereclameerd. Echter, zonder resultaat. Het hotel verwees ons naar booking.com en vice versa. Zoals gezegd: wij hadden slechts behoefte aan twee kamers. Niettemin zijn uiteindelijk drie kamers in rekening gebracht, terwijl wij er maar twee bezetten. Dat is oplichting! Ik neem dat het Regente Palace Hotel én booking.com zeer kwalijk. Wij hebben overigens ook nimmer een derde kamersleutel gehad van het hotel. Als wij dan inderdaad drie kamers zouden hebben gereserveerd - quod non - dan zouden we ook drie sleutels hebben moeten krijgen. Nu heeft alleen het Regente Palace Hotel geprofiteerd en booking.com (provisie). Beide bedrijven hebben aldus diefstal gepleegd! Zij dienen alsnog hun verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en het te veel betaalde te retourneren. Mij maakt het niet uit wie van beide dit doet.

Great value for money. Great location to walk. Local restaurants close by. Comfortable room. 24hr front desk as we flew in late. Good communication. Lovely breakfast. Really recommend this hotel.

Mosquitoes in the room despite aircon but mosquitoes everywhere in Buenos Aires. Generally hotel could do with a refresh.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Todos eles, não tem nenhum q não seja. A localização é boa.

O edifício é antigo, tem humidade nas paredes. O café da manhã é pobre de opções.

I do not like the plastic courtine in bath and the breakfast is too simple The staff are not receptive

Location is great. There is a 24/7 parking right in front the hotel so if you are planning to take your car you can leave it there, it was really cheap.

Beds were old and not comfortable at all. Two bed bedroom was really small. Even though the breakfast was good, some days we had to wait a couple of minutes to get a table cause the place was full (it is really small in comparison with the hotel capacity)

Close to sightseeing areas Staff changed our room to a better cooler one

the rooms we got where NOTHING like the pictures, the hotel is extremely old, let alone the rooms beds, furniture, etc. Our room felt dirty, the floor was not clean, and it just gives you such a bad feeling/vibe overall. The staff is nice but the experience was just not good, we didn’t like the breakfast either.

Breakfast is simple but fair. Excelent location, fair price.

Room walls are too thin. You can hear absolutely everything people say or do on the other side. Rooms lack repair and maintenance. Some lights were not working and the lid of the toilet was loose.

The breakfast for those who likes to eat healthier is not that good. There is no papaya or protein, there is no eggs.

it was a last minute booking, the gentleman at the reception who checked me in graciously and efficiently check me in within the hour I booked, maybe less as I was nearby. my request for a room with a pleasant view was perfectly acceded(mucho gracias, Señor). breakfast was a charm!
