La ubicacion , lo oscuro de la habitacion y que no entraba ruido de la calle
Me cobraron el iva , pero no me quisieron dar factura ,inventando excusas lo que indica claramente que no lo declaran y lo pagan , pague una habitacion que era con aire acondicionado y resulta que no tenia , cuando reclame me dijeron que no habia mas , y que las que habia con aire habia que pagar mas , ademas habia un inquilino al lado de mi habitacion que escuchaba musica a la mañana y en la madrugada , muy incomodo la verdad y la ducha y el lavamanos no paraban de gotear recoame y me dijeron que lo solucionarian pero no lo hicieron

El chico de recepción nocturna del día 08/05/2024 sin ganas de trabajar, te ignoraba, miraba mal. La habitación tenía mucha humedad, el televisor super viejo, la cama muy incomoda.

Ya conocemos el lugar y siempre lo elegimos por la excelente ubicación.
La atención del personal de recepción.Solo uno de los chicos que atiende es amable y comunicativo.Hay otro que apenas te contesta cuando le hacés una pregunta.

Beautiful room and staff let us choose which room we wanted. We got a nice room with balcony near the pretty patio. They also have a lovely cat that walks around and is so sweet that you don't wat to check out!

Lovely spacious hostel with large rooms, rustic decoration and friendly staff. Great value for money. Lots of room for storing our bicycles in boxes inside our room.
Some building work outside our room woke us up around 8am.

Great location and good price. Big room, good shower (just the drain is right next to the toilet which means all the bathroom gets wet). Towels included and they clean the room everyday. Wifi was good.Staff was always there and helpful.
We booked it because they have a kitchen, but it is not equipped at all. No cuttlery, 2 plates, one pot (other one has a hole) and one pan. We asked why and they explained us that people stole everything apparently (we never heard this before on all our trip) and we should just buy plastic cutlery. Not even anything to turn on the oven. Fridge was not that cold either. Weird smell in the common areas.

Full of character, the staff were just wonderful, the location central. Comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well; I really have no complaints.

Before booking the advice was that payment could be by card and/or in the local currency. Once committed to the booking it seemed that the only option was to pay cash and in US dollars. When I insisted on paying in Argentine pesos they slapped me with a 10% surcharge. When we booked for a second night the price went up by 30%.

The building was amazing. It was a historical and centrally located building. Just a few minutes walk to the main streets. Very close to the bus stop and subway station. Close to the supermarket. 10 minutes walk to obelisko. The room was spacious.
The room was not cleaned properly. We had to ask for the pillow covers since there were none. The toilet reservoir was broken. There was a used soap bar in the shower. We came so late at night and were very tired, that's why didn't want to deal with the problems and just stayed. Despite all that, the room price was so affordable.

Staff... Met two of them and I was this close of leaving because of the poor attention and discomfort of one.

The property had a nice location, so that you could be near the obelisk and Puerto Madero, between others.
When we arrived to the property, there were no towels at all, so we had to get out and asked for them. Also, the beds weren’t comfortable enough. Still, the it is a pleasant place to stay at a low cost.

Very nice, querky place in Buenos Aires. Cool inner atrium. Nice staff. Large room. Very good localization. I liked it.
There were large mattresses partially blocking the entrance. But I guess they are doing some remodeling there/ replacing beds, so it is temporary.

Cool hotel in great location - nice rooms, private bathroom with hot shower. One staff member was particularly friendly and could help us in English which was much appreciated! Plenty of information provided on things to do in Buenos Aires.
There was a shared kitchen however very little cutlery/plates etc so was pretty useless - also it was out of use for repairs for majority of our stay so un-useable. Wet room style bathroom was hard to manoeuvre at times!
