We had travel issues getting in from the airport and the staff were incredibly accomodating. They went well out of their way to ensure our trip was a success. Rooms + breakfast were also great

close to downtown

Not easy to find as there is no signage when you approach the hotel. A bit of a horror story as when checked in to the room and the kids here terrified by the dark colours and face art in the room. It was about 9pm, we checked in and checked out right away. Considering we booked the hotel a few hours before arrival and the hotel still had many vacant rooms, we asked nicely several times to be kindly refunded as a gesture of good will but they refused. unfortunately I had to look for a hotel late at night with the kids and they had no interest to help. To add to this they charged me 20 euros for parking when we didn’t even offload the luggage from car. Eventually I paid double for Les Ferme Des Marie that night but it was worth every penny. Gloomy hotel, outdated and totally unmotivated staff.

We paid their most expensive suite option and clearly asked at the time of reservation for a quiet family room as we were travelling with our 18 month old daughter. They put us in a room where the square footage is obtained through a series of long corridors functioning as rooms and in the actual bedroom area the ceiling is so low that you couldn’t stand without hitting your head. The room didn’t correspond at all to the pictures in the description of the hotel. But the very worst is that they put a group of extremely loud and rude people who partied the entire night in their room next to us until 4:30am and they didn’t do anything in the night the stop the situation or in the morning to compensate (or even days after upon request) for the damage to the overall experience. It was pure hell! The rooms were shabby and not particularly clean, one day we got back at 5 in the afternoon and we had to ask ourself what happened as nobody made the room and another day they didn’t even change empty bottles of soap. People at the reception and bar seems to be party sleeping and quite unbothered to help. Stay away!

My husband, my dog Lila and I are so very grateful for your amazing service. Our room was spacious for everything we needed: for cooking, we had an equipped kitchen, for arranging all of our ski clothes, we had a huge closet area and also another closet for stocking all the skis and boots. A lovely balcony with a river across the street who helped me sleep at night with that calming sound. All the ladies in the front desk and the manager couldn't be more helpful. The bed was very comfortable to rest. The treatment they gave to my dog was outstanding. See you next year for sure! Thank you very much Mamie Team.

the shuttle is always late, no water in the fridge

I arrived late after an evenings work and discovered that the Mamie does not have a reception I could check in at. I had to check in at the neighbouring hotel but even then I discovered that they had no access to the Mamie's systems and as such the Mamie had no record of my check in the next morning. I had to use the key of a guest who didn't show up. I had to move rooms the next day due to this. It wasn't ideal at all after a full days work.

Really enjoyable stay. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Private courtesy bus to ski lifts and village.

terrible light in the apartment. you needed a torch to see into the cupboards. no equipment in the kitchen eg a Sponge and tea towel for the washing up.

Great location, brilliant breakfast, very convenient shuttle bus to the slopes. The staff were incredible, particularly Clara. She was extremely welcoming and very helpful in helping us arrange our ski passes.
