La habitación era a buen precio pero no tenía entradas de aire, no tenía agua hasta como las 12 pm, no era segura la habitación la puerta estaba más bien insegura y cuando preguntamos por el agua nos dijeron que con cocas nos subían porque no había agua

La ubicación

La habitación estuvo bien pero quedaba al lado del cuarto de suministros del hotel y en muchas ocasiones se escuchaban las conversaciones de los empleados. A veces muy tarde en la noche.

Super central location which was great. We could pop in and out whilst looking at the town. The staff were friendly and let us store our bags when we arrived early.

Very loud. There were people yelling at around 10.30pm. And also singing and music playing early in the morning too.

Nothing - very basic hotel with no amenities. Definitely not 4 stars

Got a room with single glass windows and cracks in the side. This meant mosquitoes were able to get in the room but the worse thing is that you can hear every single thing that happens outside really loud inside of your room. Didn’t sleep the entire night. Also it’s very light in the room. Asked whether the staff could accommodate us in another room but they didn’t want to as it was 5am or something.

The rooms were clean and organised. The room with view is big and it is perfect. The people who work there is very friendly and the breakfast is a good one.

This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed at in Columbia. There are so many hotels in this area. Pick another one and save your self the hassle. We reserved three nights and only stayed because we could not get a refund. From the beginning the hotel staff was unfriendly greeting us, as if we were an inconvenience. Often times staff members had a friend hanging out with them at the front desk (or on a personal call), we would walk up to ask a question and they would ignore us for five minutes before begrudgingly acknowledging us. Not very friendly. The rooms were “clean” but the whole building is very poorly designed. We were on the third floor and you could hear people talking on the first floor. There was constant noise and music playing all night. The biggest reason is the “windows” don’t really close and seal, so you could hear people in the hallway as if they were standing next to you. When checking-in they had us sign a rule sheet listing a set of rules to follow including quiet hours and a general statement to treat their towels and sheets nicely. At checkout they had us wait downstairs while they gathered our sheets and then demanded the towels were too dirty. We said they were like that when we arrived, but they insisted we had eaten in the room and ruined them. We didn’t. When we tried to explain, they just started talking over us and basically bullied us into paying to replace the towel. I admit, we should of said something earlier, but given our poor interactions with them, we decided not to. We have been in Colombia for over a month and have had zero problems before this. To top it off, the wifi was terrible at all times of the day. It was constantly disconnecting and I couldn’t even make a simple call. The one good thing I can say is the restaurant staff were always nice at breakfast and the view from the restaurant was beautiful.

Bathroom shower clogged and door hanging from one hinge.Restaurant is in 4th floor and no elevator and nobody who help you with luggage is a detail that should be included in description.

The room was so small that barely could fit two people. the room was without a window and smelled so bad from cigarettes. The lady at the front desk made us feel like she’s doing us a favor.

As central as you could get, I stayed overnight in the town to be able to be up early and beat the queues and climb the penon. Well worth it, catch the normal bus for about £4 return ( there's only one road so going in an Uber takes as long) and you get to experience Colombian bus culture too. :)

Everything was fine, check outs at 1pm so you can do lots before the hoards descend.
