Very friendly and supportive staff, great restaurant, great pool and relaxed atmosphere

Everything! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area, gym and other facilities were perfect for relaxing and working out in.

Only very small issue I had is my room (710) was next to the kitchens and I was woken every morning by the staff chatting and chopping. It meant was awake for breakfast with plenty of time!

Sheets in rooms are polycotton and not very comfortable.

The Staff at seven wellness are lovely, they make your stay super relaxed. The Hotel is chilled and friendly. The facilities are perfect and its in a quiet location with super views to the mountains. Its €5 for a taxi to almost any location and the staff can arrange a driver for you for longer or airport journeys (these are also not that expensive). This place is a gem, clean, comfortable, friendly and above all superb staff which is the most important quality.

The open restaurant next to the pool, with the view of the montains and tropical trees, Nice breakfast with healthy food, in the buffet bar you can find fruit, vegetable, bread, meat, dairy products, or you can order some warm cooking dishes to the waiters. The staffs are very nice, they take care of the customers in the details, always patient to explain, always available when the customers need them.

All the staff team is adorable, but not everybody speak English well. I didn't know there is the buffet for the breakfast on my first day, I'm sure they mentionned it, but I couldn't understand. But I'm not a native English speaker neither, maybe it is my problem for not understading them.
