Dishonesty as they lost my clothes while I use their laundry service and not only they deny and blame me they also overcharged me for it

Their laundry service as they lost my clothes and also they charge me a lot of money to do the service. When I approached them about the issues they denied and blame me for the disappearance of my items.

Over paid, better prices calling or by email and speaking directly with hotel staff in Polish / English and mentioning that you stayed there before. They check and if true, person gets a discount.

Staff of the Piast Hotel superb, very helpful, informed, good breakfast overall very pleasant stay.

The staff at Piast is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, patience, and did I mention friendly?! It is always a pleasure to stay with them at the hotel when I am in town for business. Nice breakfast options.

Nice hotel on the roundabout. Centrally located, beautiful room with a lovely balcony.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.
In the summer it can get quite hot. An air conditioner is not superfluous. Unfortunately this one was not there.

We just stayed here for 1 night and we were so tired we didn't really have time to explore the options. But everything was nice for our 1 night. We were on the 3rd floor and lucky for us they had en elevator 😆. The hotel has a restaurant inside, but we did not get to try. The hotel is right in the downtown area, so it is within walking distance to everything.

Great breakfast with food that was rich and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to many downtown restaurants.
Construction on rear of hotel limited parking on occasion. However, the staff were eventually able to resolve the parking issue. They were extremely helpful. The construction is only temporary.

The breakfast was really good and fresh. The location is center to everything, good walking distance to food and shops.
The beds are hard and there was no heat in the room. Limited parking considering how many rooms there are in the building.
