We were welcomed so warmly by the owner of the hotel and from the start she made us feel safe and informed. The property is right in the midst of Old Town so it is a great location, easy to get to the beaches and the restaurants.

The location was excellent - within walking distance of the beaches, Mount Urgull, the pintxo bars and the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very pleasant and friendly. We appreciated that there was a fan in our room for air circulation.

The location is fabulous. the staff at the hotel were brilliant and very informative of the area .

the only thing I didn’t really like were the bathroom facilities in our room . it was very limited privacy .

The location, cleanliness, and amenities exceeded my expectations! I was nervous to travel solo to a small hotel in a new city, but this ended up being one of the highlights of my trip! And the host was an excellent help for the few questions I had about Donostia.

I really don't have much to complain about. The only issue was that the wifi was a bit spotty, but the city had an event happening that weekend so it is likely the servers were just a bit overwhelmed.

The location was perfect for enjoying the old town. The soundproofing of the double glazing ensured I disturbed sleep and the room was spacious.

The staff member here was so helpful and kind. She helped me with a train timetable and was extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations on things to see, places to eat, etc. Excellent location.

Wifi was erratic on the first day, but worked fine the second day. The street outside can be very noisy - it was fine for me, but light sleepers should be careful.
